LightWave Optical Pickup System

Atlantis is the first guitar ever offered with LightWave’s exclusivepickuptechnology,theLightWaveOpticalPick-upSystem, thatuses infrared light technology tosensestring vibration for a rich, natural, amplified acoustic guitar soundwithoutthefeedbackofmicsortheharshnessofpiezos.

Improper adjustment of the trussrod can make the instrument difficult to play or cause the strings tobuzz. Improperadjustment, orovertightening, canevenbreak the truss rod. Ifyouareunfamiliarwithtrussrodsand instrumentsetup,pleaseconsultarepu-tableguitartech.Tighteningthetrussrodadjuster(clock-wise) will flatten the fingerboard, and loosening the truss rod (counterclockwise) adds relief to the fingerboard.
