Hi™ utilizes our Mighty Fast Technology to transfer plant compounds from herbs directly into a base; butter, oil, alcohol, honey, etc. Hi™ produces 2-5 cups worth of highly potent butter, oil, VG, milk, honey, agave, maple syrup in 45 minutes and alcohol tincture in 4 hours.

• Featuring 5 pre-programmed automated settings with time & temperature 1. Mighty Fast 1- 45 MINUTES This is the quickest most efficient cycle to make infused butter, oil, VG, honey or milk 2. Mighty Fast 2- 90 MINUTES If you prefer to let your herbs linger a bit longer, this is the cycle for infused butter, oil, VG, honey or milk 3. Mighty Long- 4 HOURS This is the cycle for making alcohol based tinctures 4. Mighty Mix-NO HEAT, BLEND CYCLE Use this cycle for a quick blend with no heat 5. Mighty Clean-SELF CLEANING

FEATURES

This is our quick cleaning cycle. Simply place a few squirts of dish soap into the barrel of the infuser and fill with water up to below the maximum line. Make certain no area is wet on the outside, top or bot tom of infuser. Cover, plug in and select Mighty Clean. Machine will swish around for 30 seconds. Unplug when cycle is complete. Open, pour out soapy water. Rinse inside with water. Use a damp cloth to clean out the rest of the inside making sure to use extreme caution when clean-ing and drying the very sharp blades.

DO NOT GET THE TOP OR BOTTOM WET OR SUBMERGE THE INFUSER IN WATER. DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER.

Always use the infuser in a well ventilated space away from open flames or ignition sources as alcohols and fats can be highly flammable.

Do not over or under fill the infuser (always use the Min/Max lines as reference). Always use the machine as it is intended to be used as dictated in this user manual.

GUIDELINES & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

To initiate use, secure the included cord to the Infuser first before plugging oth-er end into electrical outlet.

To discontinue use, carefully remove the plug from the electrical outlet first, and then remove cord from Infuser. Make certain the voltage is proper for your outlet and do not use any other ac-cessories other than the ones provided to by Hi™.Do not use on or near any heated surfaces or near open bodies of water. REMOVE THE PLASTIC CUP THAT IS SHIPPED INSIDE THE INFUSER BEFORE USING. DO NOT LEAVE THE LEAVE THE CUP INSIDE WHILE INFUSING. THE CUP WILL MELT AND POTENTIALLY DAMAGE THE BLADE. THE PLASTIC MEASURING CUP IS INTENDED FOR THE INITIAL FILTRATION WITH THE METAL STRAINER AFTER THE INFUSION IS DONE. THE ORGANIC HEMP FILTER IS THE SECOND LAYER OF FILTRATION. USE LIQUIDS ONLY INSIDE OF THE INFUSER. DO NOT USE SOLID BUTTER OR OIL. Warm up solid butter or oil to liquid state before pouring into Hi™.THE ONLY SOLIDS THAT WILL NOT DAMAGE THE BLADE ARE HERBS, FRESH OR DRIED.

Use of Hi™ for anything other than its intended purpose may pose a risk of injury or loss of goods. Make certain that top fits securely onto barrel prior to turning on. Improper use may result in leaking or escaping of steam. Not adhering to minimum line may result in burning of material Not adhering to maximum lines may result in leaking, spillage or steam escaping thus creating an inferior infusion. Keep hands, fingers and utensils out of the inside of the machine when in use. The blade is extremely sharp. Allow the machine to come to a complete stop, unplug, then lift off handle/top of machine. Keep your face away from the top of the machine as very hot steam will escape as soon as the top is lifted off. Use extreme caution when cleaning the machine.

Use the Mighty Clean cycle to get rid of the first layer of residual. Use extreme caution if attempting to tighten or disassemble blade as it is very sharp.

Do not use Hi™ if any part is broken, chipped, loose or cracked. Do not use any other cord, plug, besides the one that is included. Use of a voltage converter may destroy your machine and void the warranty. REMOVE THE PLASTIC CUP THAT IS SHIPPED INSIDE THE BARREL OF THE INFUSER BEFORE USING THE HERBAL INFUSER. The use of the Herbal Infuser™ is a responsibility that requires full attention. Treat the Herbal Infuser™ as any other electrical appliance and proceed using basic safety precautions. Adhere to all of these guidelines to have the safest experience and to keep your Hi™ functioning properly for years to come.

STEP 1After opening the Herbal Infuser™ box, carefully take out all contents; Lift off the top of Hi™ by lifting the handle straight up and removing the top/blade out of the infuser barrel. Remove the plastic liner and discard. Be careful of the very sharp blade. Lay top down on a soft kitchen towel.

REMOVE THE PLASTIC CUP THAT COMES INSIDE OF THE HERBAL INFUSER! The cup comes in two parts, the cup itself which is shipped inside of the infuser barrel and the plastic handle which comes inside of the box with the other accessories. To assemble the cup, simply slide the handle into the groove on the side of the cup. Now the plastic cup is ready for use.

Hi Note: DON’T COOK THE CUP! It’s shipped inside of the infuser but it does not belong inside when using the machine.

UNBOXING

STEP 3WIPING DOWN & CLEANING YOUR HI™

Hi Note: DON’T DROWN YOUR HI™THE TOP OF THE INFUSER AND THE BOTTOM OF THE INFUSER BOTH CONTAIN ELECTRICAL ELEMENTS AND CANNOT BE SUBMERGED IN WATER.

Use the Mighty Clean cycle or simply give it a quick wipe down inside by using a damp paper towel and a drop of soap. Make sure to dry every part inside and out before plugging electrical cord into the infuser and an electrical outlet. The Mighty Clean cycle is a 30 second quick rinse that’s great at doing an initial cleaning of the infuser barrel.

• Simply place a few drops of dish soap into the barrel,• Fill with water no higher than the maximum line• Secure top onto infuser• Make sure the outside is entirely dry• Plug cord into infuser and then into outlet• Push Mighty Clean• Machine will beep when cycle is complete• Unplug• Remove top• Spill out the sudsy water• Rinse and wipe dry

STEP 4Gather all ingredients cause IT’S TIME TO MAKE HERBAL INFUSIONS!

The infuser will beep when initially plugged in. Select the cycle to be used and gently push down on the button to begin cycle. Each cycle has an LED countdown timer that will show the progression of the cycle. Machine will beep at the end of the cycle. Simply unplug unit from the outlet, then unplug from the handle of the infuser.

Phew, so relieved you got to this point. Now it’s time for the fun to begin.

INFUSION CHART

To decarb, or not to decarb that is the question. Decarboxylation is a process that occurs at the molecular level to change the chemical makeup of certain herbs. Herbs can naturally decarb over time or if heat is provided, this process speeds up. Decarboxylation is not a mandato-ry step however it is recommended to increase the potency of certain herbs. Certain strains of herbs require different times and temperatures to achieve maximum decarboxylation.

BASIC DECARBOXYLATION1. Preheat oven to 250ᵒ degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Place herbs on an oven safe tray or dish. No need to break herbs up or grind, simply place them on the tray.3. Place into oven.4. Set timer for 25 minutes.5. Remove tray from oven.6. Herbs are now ready to be placed into Hi™ to be infused.

Hi Note: We describe lecithin as the Fat Welcoming Committee. It helps bring the fats/lipids from the base and the fats from the herbs together more cohesively.

Lecithin is a common emulsifier that is used in everything from food to skin care products.

Purchase food grade lecithin in LIQUID or POWDER/GRANULES at most local health food stores or online. One bottle will last a very long time if stored properly.

Use 1-2 tablespoons of SOY or SUNFLOWER LECITHIN per every infusion for FAT/LIPID INFUSIONS ONLY; BUTTER or OIL.Lecithin is not necessary to use when infusing alcohol, VG or any other sweet-ener.

How to make Hi™ ButterHi Note: use dairy butter, vegan butter or ghee. Infuse according to direc-tions below.1. Decarb herbs if decarboxylation is desired.2. Place 1-2 tablespoons of lecithin, if using, into infuser.5. Secure top of infuser onto bottom.6. Secure included cord into handle of infuser.7. Place clean dry plug into electrical outlet.8. Machine will beep once turned on.9. Select cycle and press button. Mighty Fast 1 or 2 is recommended for butter. 10. Hi™ will cycle on and off automatically, spinning, blending and heating automatically throughout cycle.11. Stay near infuser during use to monitor that it is properly functioning.12. Infusion will beep when cycle is complete. 13. Carefully unplug from electrical outlet.14. Carefully unplug from infuser.15. Using caution, keeping face away from top of infuser, gently lift off top of infuser.16. Gently place top and blade down on a soft paper towel. 17. FIRST FILTRATION; set included metal strainer atop of plastic measuring cup. Pour contents of infuser into strainer. Use a rubber spatula to remove any leftover particulate inside infuser. Gently press down on top of pulverized herbs to extract all of the butter from the herbs.18. Discard pulverized herbs.19. SECOND FILTRATION; use another measuring cup or bowl big enough to hold the amount of butter infused. Place Organic Hemp Filter inside of measuring cup and open top of hemp bag. Carefully pour strained butter inside of hemp bag. Gently lift bag up and using your hands guide butter down through filter until entire infusion is strained.20. Turn hemp filter inside out and rinse out remaining particulate. 21. Pour Hi™ Butter into molds or tray and refrigerate.

Hi™ Butter is now ready to use. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container. Should last up to 3 months.

How to make ONE CUP of Hi™ Whipped Butter1. Decarb herbs if decarboxylation is desired.2. Place decarbed herbs into the barrel of the infuser.3. Gently melt 4 sticks/ 1 cup butter on stove till liquid. Pour liquid butter into barrel of infuser. Then place one cup of water into infuser. Make sure liquid reaches the minimum line. Add or subtract more melted butter or water to reach the minimum line. Not reaching the minimum line may result in slight burning on the bottom of the infuser. If this occurs no biggie, it won’t affect the potency or taste. Just use a scrub brush to remove from bottom of infuser barrel when cleaning.4. Place 1 tablespoons of lecithin into infuser.5. Secure top of infuser onto bottom.6. Secure included cord into handle of infuser.7. Place clean dry plug into electrical outlet.8. Machine will beep once turned on.9. Select cycle and press button. Mighty Fast 1 is recommended for one cup of butter. 10. Hi™ will cycle on and off automatically, spinning, blending and heating automatically throughout cycle.11. Stay near infuser during use to monitor that it is properly functioning.12. Infusion will beep when cycle is complete. 13. Carefully unplug from electrical outlet.14. Carefully unplug from infuser.15. Using caution, keeping face away from top of infuser, gently lift off top of infuser.16. Gently place top and blade down on a soft paper towel. 17. SECOND FILTRATION; use another measuring cup or bowl big enough to hold the amount of butter infused. Place Organic Hemp Filter inside of measuring cup and open top of hemp bag. Carefully pour strained butter inside of hemp bag. Gently lift bag up and using your hands guide butter down through filter until entire infusion is strained.20. Turn hemp filter inside out and rinse out remaining particulate. 21. Pour Hi™ Butter into molds or tray and refrigerate. Butter comes out more like a whipped butter. Do not expect to strain water out of butter as the leci thin creates a whipped butter. Hi™ Butter is now ready to use. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container. Should last up to 3 months.

How to make Hi™ Oil

Hi note: use Olive, Avocado, Coconut, Fractionated coconut oil, MCT, Grape-seed or any other type of cooking oil.

Fractionated coconut oil will stay liquid at room temperature and can be used in a tincture bottle with a dropper as a sublingual tincture. Fractionated coco-nut oil is one of our favorite infusions for this reason.

1. Decarb herbs if decarboxylation is desired.2. Place decarbed herbs into the barrel of the infuser.3. Coconut oil solidifies at room temperature so gently melt oil on stove till liquid. Pour liquid oil into barrel of infuser to the minimum or maximum line.4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of lecithin, if using, into infuser.5. Secure top of infuser onto bottom.6. Secure included cord into handle of infuser.7. Place clean dry plug into electrical outlet.8. Machine will beep once turned on.9. Select cycle and press button. Mighty Fast 1 or 2 is recommended for oil.10. Hi™ will cycle on and off automatically, spinning, blending and heating au tomatically throughout cycle.11. Stay near infuser during use to monitor that it is properly functioning.12. Infusion will beep when cycle is complete. 13. Carefully unplug from electrical outlet.14. Carefully pour strained oil inside of hemp bag. Gently lift bag up and using your hands guide oil down through filter until entire infusion is strained.20. Turn hemp filter inside out and rinse out remaining particulate.

21. Pour Hi™ Oil into molds or tray and refrigerate.Hi™ Oil is now ready to use. Store in a tightly sealed container in a dark dry place as all oil is typically stored. Should last up to 1 year if stored properly.

How to make Hi™ Vegetable Glycerin Tincture

Hi Note: there is a plethora of information about the saturation point of VG and how best to infuse. Glycerin saturates after approximately 45 minutes of heat & absorbs less than other bases, therefore, to max out potency, we recommend using the Mighty Fast 1 cycle, multiple times.

After trial and error and customer feedback we’ve come up with the following instructions.

Short on time or don’t feel like doing this method? Feel free to place all herbs in at one time and cycle on Mighty Fast 1 however to get maximum saturation follow instructions below.

1. Decarb herbs if decarboxylation is desired.2. Break up herbs into 4 parts. For example, if using 1 ounce of herbs, break into 4 parts of equal amounts. Place one part of decarbed herbs into the barrel of the infuser. 3. Pour liquid Vegetable Glycerin into barrel of infuser to the minimum or maximum line.4. Secure top of infuser onto bottom.5. Secure included cord into handle of infuser.6. Place clean dry plug into electrical outlet.7. Machine will beep once turned on.8. Select cycle and press button. Mighty Fast 1 is recommended for vegetable glycerin.9. Hi™ will cycle on and off automatically, spinning, blending and heating au tomatically throughout cycle.10. Stay near infuser during use to monitor that it is properly functioning.11. Infusion will beep when cycle is complete. 12. Carefully unplug from electrical outlet.13. Carefully unplug from infuser.14. Using caution, keeping face away from top of infuser, gently lift off top of infuser.15. Gently place top and blade down on a soft paper towel. 16. Allow infused glycerin to cool down inside of machine, about one hour or so. When infusion is cooled, add in second amount of herbs and infuse

again on Mighty Fast 1. 17. Repeat step 16 until all herbs are used up. 18. FIRST FILTRATION; set included metal strainer atop of plastic measuring cup. Pour contents of infuser into strainer. Use a rubber spatula to remove any leftover particulate inside infuser. Gently press down on top of pulverized herbs to extract all of the vegetable glycerin from the herbs.19. Discard pulverized herbs.20. SECOND FILTRATION; use another measuring cup or bowl big enough to hold the amount of vegetable glycerin infused. Place Organic Hemp Filter inside of measuring cup and open top of hemp bag. Carefully pour strained VG inside of hemp bag. Gently lift bag up and using your hands guide VG down through filter until entire infusion is strained.21. Turn hemp filter inside out and rinse out remaining particulate. 22. Pour Hi™ VG into a jar with a tight fitting lid.

Hi™ VG is now ready to use. Store in a tightly sealed container in a dark dry place as all VG is typically stored. Should last up to 1 year if stored properly.

How to make Hi™ E-juice using Vegetable Glycerin Tincture1. Make Hi™ Vegetable Glycerin according to directions above.2. Hi™ alcohol tincture is now ready to use. Store in a tightly sealed container in a dark dry place as all alcohol is typically stored. Should last up to 1 year if stored properly.

Hi Note: one night we made an alcohol tincture on Mighty Long and after 4 hours we were too tired to strain it. I unplugged the infuser from the outlet and machine and left tincture and herbs sitting inside the infuser overnight. In the morning I ran it through another Mighty Long cycle before straining. Whoa this was amazing! So, if you have some time, try this method. Other-wise do it in 4 hours and still have an amazing infusion.

How to make Hi™ Concentrated Oil (How to Reduce Alcohol Tincture to Hi Oil)1. After making Hi™ Alcohol Tincture, according to directions above, set aside 1 cup to cool.2. Place 1 cup of Hi™ Alcohol Tincture into a pan and heat gently on medium low heat. 3. DO NOT LEAVE ALCOHOL TINCTURE FOR ANY TIME WHEN HEATING ON THE STOVE.4. Alcohol tincture will begin to boil, turn heat down low enough to keep a constant simmer. 5. Simmer, gently stirring every few minutes, approximately 20-30 minutes or until alcohol evaporates off and a thickened black tar like substance re mains. 6. Use a rubber spatula to remove the Hi Concentrated Oil and place into a tightly sealed container. Keep at room temperature for up to 6 months to 1 year.7. Hi note: use a FULL FAT milk or cream. Full fat coconut milk, coconut cream or plant based milk is fine just make certain it is not low fat. Herbs love fat so skim and nonfat milk will not work.

Hi™ CHOCOLATE CRUNCH BARS featuring Hi™ Coconut Oil

1 cup Hi™ Coconut Oil1 cup cocoa, cacao or carob powder¾-1 cup maple syrup½ cup crisp rice cereal½ tsp vanilla¼ teaspoon saltIn a large pan over medium low heat, warm coconut oil. Whisk in cocoa powder and syrup until smooth. Turn off heat and add in ½ teaspoon vanilla. Stir in salt and rice cereal. Use a rubber spatula to spoon the chocolate out and onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or piece of parchment paper. Freeze chocolate for 30 minutes or until solid. Remove from freezer and carefully cut into pieces or simply break apart with your hands.

Hi™ CANDY featuring Hi™ Alcohol Tincture1 cup Hi™ Alcohol Tincture simmered down to thickened Hi™ Oil (about 25 minutes on medium low heat)1 cup sugar½ cup light corn syrup1 package jello, any flavor¼ cup waterCandy ThermometerBowl of cold water to check for hard crack stage

Pour water, sugar & corn syrup into a heavy sauce pan, stir to combine. Secure candy thermometer to the side of the pan making sure that the thermometer is not touching the bottom or side of the pan. Turn heat on to medium low and continue to stir with a wooden spoon on medium heat until dissolved and it begins to boil. Once mixture begins to boil stop mixing. Allow to boil, un-touched, for about 18 minutes or until hard crack stage 300ᵒ-310ᵒ Fahrenheit on candy thermometer. Quickly check for hard crack stage by skimming the top of the boiling sugar and dripping it into a bowl of cold water. Hard crack stage is when it gathers on the bottom and can break apart with your hands. Once hard crack stage is reached immediately remove from heat. Working quickly, whisk in jello packet and Hi™ concentrated oil. Working quickly, carefully pour into molds or onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Do not move tray or molds once poured. Allow to cool 30 minutes. Store in cool dry place. Hi Note: candy making is really fun but the end can be stressful because once the mixture reaches the hard crack stage, there is only a few precious moments until it solidifies. It is a race against the clock at the end. Therefore have ALL of the ingredients, molds, lined baking sheet, etc prepared before you begin. There is always some leftover in the pan that solidifies. This is now the time to close the curtains, stick your face in the cooled pan and lick away!

Hi™ SUGAR featuring Hi™ Alcohol Tincture1 cup of Hi™ Alcohol Tincture1 cup of white sugarBaking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and alcohol tincture until all sugar is coated in tincture. Spread mixture out evenly onto baking sheet. Allow to dry at least 6 hours at room temperature or overnight. Once sugar is dry, pour into a tightly sealed container and store in a cool dark place. Should last up 6 months if stored properly. Hi™ SIMPLE SYRUP featuring Hi™ Alcohol Tincture1 cup Hi™ SUGAR (recipe included in this manual)1 cup waterGently whisk sugar and water in a medium sized pot. Place pot on stove over me-dium low heat and continue to whisk until sugar is dissolved. Simmer 5 minutes or until the water has simmered down and syrup is clear and all sugar has dis-solved. Remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in refrigerator for up to one month. Hi Note: this is a fantastic way to infuse drinks and juices

Hi™ CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES featuring Hi™ Butter½ cup Hi™ Butter, room temperature½ cup raw sugar¼ cup brown or coconut sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 large egg1 ¾ cup all- purpose flour½ teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon salt1 cup chocolate chipsButter must be room temperature therefore leave butter out for about an hour prior to baking. Preheat oven to 350ᵒ degrees Fahrenheit. Crack egg into a small bowl and whip with a fork until mixed, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together soft-ened butter and sugars. This can be done with a large fork or hand blender. Whisk in vanilla extract and whipped egg. Make sure to not pack down flour when measuring. Lightly spoon flour into mea-suring cup. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop cook-ies into rounded tablespoon sized balls and place on a baking sheet fitted with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Gently press tops of cookies to flatten. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until sides of cookies begin to brown lightly. Re-move from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Hi™ CHAI featuring Hi™ Honey1-2 tablespoons Hi™ Honey¼ cup milk (dairy or plant based)¼ teaspoon chai mix or ¼ teaspoon cinnamon1 chai tea bag1 drop vanilla extract1 cup boiling waterPlace tea bag into a large mug and carefully pour boiled water about ¾ way to the top. Place milk in a small pan and heat just until warm. If you have a milk frother then froth the milk, set aside. Add in ¼ tsp chai mix or cinnamon, 1 drop vanilla and 1-2 tablespoons Hi™ Honey and mix until honey is dissolved. Top chai with frothed milk, gently stir and serve.

Hi™ GUMMIES featuring Hi™ Vegetable Glycerin4 tablespoons of Hi™ VG tincture2 packs of unflavored gelatin1 pack of any flavor jello¼ cup water ¾ cup water In a large bowl whisk together 2 packets of unflavored gelatin and ¼ cup water, set aside. On a stove, over medium low heat, whisk together ¾ cup water and the packet of flavored jello. While the jello is heating, whisk 4 tablespoons of VG tincture into the flavored jello. Once the jello comes to a simmer, remove from heat. Carefully pour the hot jello into the bowl with the unflavored gela-tin. Whisk gently to combine unflavored gelatin and hot jello. Either use a drop-per to fill jello into silicone molds or pour the entire mixture into a measuring cup, then fill molds. Carefully place into the refrigerator until firm. Gently pry out of molds and serve. Keep leftovers in refrigerator. Hi™ Popsicles featuring Hi™ Agave½ cup Hi™ Agave3 cups juice½ cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberriesPopsicle moldsWhisk together agave and juice in a large measuring cup with a spout that is able to hold at least 4 cups. Carefully pour juice into ice pop molds filling ½ way. Add in 1 tablespoon of chopped fruit then top off with more juice. Place in freezer and freeze at least 1-2 hours.

Hi™ Hot Chocolate featuring Hi™ Milk or Cream1 cup Hi™ Milk or Cream 2 tablespoons cacao, cocoa or carob powder2 tablespoons sugar1 dash of cinnamon1 handful of marshmallowsIn a medium saucepan over medium low heat, warm milk. 5. Do I need to use lecithin?No. Lecithin is an optional ingredient. Infusions will still turn out well without using lecithin.

4. Do I need to decarb?No. Some herbs contain terpenes and other elements that will burn off when decarboxylated therefore it is up to your own personal preference whether to decarb or not. Infusions will still turn out well without decarboxylation.

5. Why does alcohol tincture burn when I use it under my tongue?Because alcohol is an irritant and it does burn the delicate lining under the tongue. To avoid this, mix the desired dosage in with a spoonful of applesauce in order to avoid the temporary burn.

6. What setting do I use for each base? The recommended setting for each base is listed under BASE RECIPES in this manual. • Butter or Oil- Mighty Fast 1 or 2 is recommended• Vegetable Glycerin, Honey or Agave- Mighty Fast 1 is recommended• Alcohol- Mighty Long is recommended

7. What if the machine does not turn on or keeps beeping?Unplug the machine. This is an electrical appliance so first make sure all of the electrical connections are secure in the handle of the infuser and in the outlet. Sometimes electrical appliances need a reset so unplug all connections. Then re insert plug into infuser, then into a working outlet.
