User Manual

PNB Fee Portal

Introduction

Fee Portal is a new initiative to facilitate the students to pay their fees through electronic channels. This document contains the details about online fee payment facility to be provided to students through Internet Banking.

There will be following modules in the portal as follows:-

1) TBD Module2) Student Payment Module3) Reconciliation Procedure

User Type and Privileges:-

Following user levels are present in the PNB Fee Portal:-

a) SUPER USER

b) IBS USER

c) TBD USER



User Maintenance

Fields:- Following fields are required to create the user in PNB Fee Portal

• PF Number

• Name of Employee

• Email ID

• Place of Posting—HEAD OFFICE

• Select Location—HO TBD AND IBS USER

Upload Recon File

File in the following format is created in the IBS and uploaded in the Portal:-

payment id|amount|txn date|CIN|A/c Number



Institute Updation

After the Institute file is updated in the system, institute details are updated to include the IBS Map ID to enable the students of the college to submit the fees online.

STUDENT

Based on the data uploaded from the CBS file the institute is populated and corresponding to the institute Collection Code is generated.



Based on the combination of Institute and Collection code the Fee heads and other details are populated.

Once the user fills up all the details of the fees applicable to him/her and clicks the Submit button he/she is navigated to the Internet Banking Payment Gateway.

User logs in with the IBS UserID/Password and Proceeds for the transaction.
