There could have assistant manager, general manager, deputy manager, manager (co) at BEPZA. They can receive, check and approve the submission form on his own-desk. Another user custom confirms the submission form and security gate will give a get pass to enterprise.

Application Queue:After login as an Ast.Manager, Ast.Manager will get application list. All of applications will show in the form by a token number which is auto created. An Ast. Manager can send application to a person of selected desk for different status. Ast. Manager can see report for different criteria.
