1. To login to the site, click the “LOGIN / SIGN UP” button.
2. Click the “SINGPASS LOGIN” button.
For more information on SingPass (Singaporean Citizens and PRs only), please visit https://www.singpass.gov.sg.
3. Enter your SingPass ID and Password in the fields provided and click the “Login” button.

2 VIEW MY ACCOUNT SUMMARY
You can view your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary after logging in.
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of personalised MySkillsFuture features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. On this page, you can view your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary.

4. This is a summary of your SkillsFuture Credit account:
A. Available Credit – the amount of SkillsFuture Credit that you have available to claim for courses
B. Open Claims – the amount of SkillsFuture Credit that you have applied to claim. This credit is pending approval or payment
5. Scroll down to view your Claim Applications.
This section displays a list of your recently-submitted claims with the following information:
Application Date – the submission date of your claim application.
Course Title – the name of the course you registered for
Claim Info –
ID – the claim reference number. Quote this number if you need to contact SSG regarding this claim
Pay To – the recipient of the payment amount
Claim Amount – the amount of credit you are claiming
Status – the current status of the claim

3 SUBMIT A CLAIM
You can submit claims for Training Exchange courses offered by local Training Providers or overseas Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), such as Udemy and Coursera.
3.1 SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR TRAINING EXCHANGE COURSES
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of personalised MySkillsFuture features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. On your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page, click the “Submit a Claim” button.

4. If this is the first time you are submitting a claim, you will need to provide your contact, education and employment information.
Click the “Proceed” button to go to the “Profile” section and update this information.
5. This is your Profile page. To submit a claim, you will need to provide your contact, education and employment information.
Edit each section by clicking “Edit” on the right.
If you have submitted a claim before, you may want to go through the information on this page to ensure that your details are updated before submitting a new claim.

6. Example: Educational Qualifications
Enter your education details and, if you would like to enter multiple qualifications, click the “Add Educational Qualification” button to add a new section.
Click the “Save” button when you are done.
7. Once you have entered the requisite information, click the “Proceed to Submit Claim” button to return to the SkillsFuture Credit section.

8. You will be directed to the “Submit a Claim” page.
9. Step 1: Select your Course
Select your course by keying in the Course Title OR Training Provider in the respective fields provided.
Course Title – type in the name of the course
Training Provider – type in the name of the training organisation
As you type, a list of matches for your keyword(s) will be displayed. You can click the Course Title or Training Provider from the respective lists or click the “Search” button.
OR
10. A list of search results will be displayed. If required, click the “Load More” button to display more results.
When you have identified the course you want to claim for, click the corresponding button, then click the “Enter Payment Details” button to proceed.

11. Step 2: Enter your Payment Details
Enter your payment details for Claim Application:
Course Start Date – the date on which the course begins
Fees Payable by you (including GST) – the total course fees that you have to pay, excluding subsidies or grants
Amount of Credit to Claim – the amount of SkillsFuture Credit to be claimed.
For “Pay To”, the claim amount will be disbursed directly to the Training Provider
12. To upload Supporting Documents, click the Upload icon. This opens a window from which you can select the file you want to upload from your computer. Select the file and click “Open”.
You can upload PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Image files (tif, jpg, png). You cannot upload ZIP files. The system can accept a maximum of 10 attachments. Each file must not exceed 5MB in size.

Once a file has been uploaded, its name will appear below the Upload field. You can delete the file by clicking the “x” icon.
13. Declaration
Before you submit your claim, please read the SkillsFuture Credit Terms and Conditions by clicking the “SKILLSFUTURE CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS” link.
Click the checkbox to accept the SkillsFuture Credit Terms and Conditions.
Then, click “Submit” to submit your claim.
An email/SMS notification will be sent to you 3 days before the Course Start Date.
This serves to remind you that a claim has been submitted for this course. If there is a change in course registration, please cancel the claim and submit a new claim (if required).
14. A Disclaimer dialog box will be displayed. Please ensure you have read the notice and declaration. Click the “Agree” button to proceed.
15. You will be brought to the confirmation page, with the following details:
Claim ID – the claim reference number. Quote this number if you need to contact SSG regarding this claim
Claim Amount – the

1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.

3. On your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page, click the “Submit a Claim” button.

7. Step 2: Enter your Payment Details

Course Start Date – the date on which the MOOC begins.
Fees Payable by you (including GST) – the total course fees that you have to pay, excluding subsidies or grants.
Amount of Credit to Claim – the amount of SkillsFuture Credit to be claimed.
For “Pay To”, the claim amount will be disbursed directly to your verified bank account.
8. If you have not previously provided your bank account details in your Profile page, you will be required to do so here. Please note that your bank account will need to be verified before it can be used for both current and future applications.

4 MANAGE CLAIMS
You can sort and filter your claims, view claim applications and credit transaction history, or cancel claims.
4.1 SORT AND FILTER CLAIMS
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of the account features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. You will be taken to your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page. You can view your previous claim applications in the Claim Applications tab, up to the last 5 years.

4. Sort Claim Applications
Click the dropdown menu in the “Sort By” panel. The menu expands to display a list of sorting methods.
You can sort your Claim Applications by:
Application Date (from earliest or latest first)
Course Title (in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order)
Claim Amount (from lowest or highest)
Click your preferred sorting method. The page will display the list of Claim Applications in your selected sort order.
5. Filter Claim Applications
You can filter your Claim Applications by year of application or by Status. Click one or more checkboxes next to the status to select the Claim Status. The page refreshes to display the list of Claim Applications that match your selected filter(s).
Types of Claim Status:
Pending – claim is awaiting approval.
Approved – claim has been approved and is ready for disbursement after the Course Start Date.
Rejected – claim has not been accepted. View claim details to find out the reason.
Cancelled – you have cancelled this application.
Paid – claim amount has been paid out to either training provider or self.

4.2 VIEW CLAIM APPLICATIONS
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of the account features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. You will be taken to your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page. In the Claim Applications tab, click the “View Claim” icon on the right of the claim you wish to view.

4. You will be taken to the Claim Application Detail page for the selected claim. The following information will be shown:
Course Title – the name of the course.
Training Provider –
the name of the training organisation.
Course Start Date – the date on which the course begins.
Fees Payable by You (including GST) – the total course fee you need to pay the training provider, after deducting any subsidies or grants you have obtained for the course. This includes GST.
Amount of Credit to Claim – the amount of SkillsFuture Credit to be claimed.
Pay To – the recipient
of the payment amount.
Supporting Documents – any supporting documents submitted.

4.3 VIEW CREDIT TRANSACTION HISTORY
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of the account features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. You will be brought to your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page.
In the Credit Transaction History tab, you will be able to view your previous credit transactions up to the last 5 years.
4. Sort Credit Transactions
Click the dropdown menu in the “Sort By” panel. You can sort your Credit Transactions by date, from earliest or latest.

5. Filter Credit Transactions
You can filter your Credit Transactions by year of transaction or by transaction type. Click one or more checkboxes next to the Transaction Type to select the types(s) you would like to view. The page refreshes to display the list of your Claim Transactions that match your selected filter(s).
Types of Credit Transactions:
Credit Used – SkillsFuture Credit that has been successfully claimed.
Credit Refunded – SkillsFuture Credit claims that have been refunded.
Top-Up – SkillsFuture
Credit that has been added to your account.

4.4 CANCEL CLAIM
1. Login at www.myskillsfuture.sg using your SingPass.
2. After logging in, click the Dashboard Access button to display a drop-down list of the account features.
Click the “SkillsFuture Credit” link.
3. You will be directed to your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page. In the Claim Applications tab, click the “Cancel Claim” icon on the right of the claim you wish to cancel.
Please ensure that the claim is cancelled via the portal before the Course Start Date.

4. You will be taken to the Claim Cancellation page.
Click the “v” icon to expand the drop-down list, and select your reason for cancelling your claim.
Click the “Submit” button.
5. A confirmation dialog box will be displayed. Click “OK” to confirm the cancellation.
6. You will be taken to the Cancellation Confirmation page. It shows the following information about the cancelled claim application:
Claim ID – the claim
reference number. Quote this number if you need to contact SSG regarding this claim.
Claim Amount – the amount of credit that you claimed in this application.
Date Cancelled – the date that you cancelled the claim.
An email / SMS notification will be sent to you when the claim has been cancelled.

7. On your SkillsFuture Credit Account Summary page, the cancelled claim status will be updated in the Claim Applications list. The Available Credits amount and Open Claims amount will also be adjusted to reflect the cancellation.
8. Click “View Claim” to go to the Claim Application Detail page.
The claim status and your reason for cancellation will be displayed.
