User Guide for Job Seeker Login

This manual is designed for Job Seekers, who apply for jobs and access other features inside mynextmove.biz. In thisdocument, * Marking fields are mandatory and must be entered by users.

1) How to create Job Seeker Login within the portal?

Go to Recruiters Zone>Click on Job’s Seeker

Click on New Register as shown above in the window.

All three fields are mandatory. Enter User Name and it can take Maximum 6 Characters. Do not use email ID for creatingthe user name as another field is available to capture mail ID. Enter contact details like name, date of birth, mobilenumber and land line number.

Education details include Graduation, Post Graduation and doctorate as applicable. Do not select doctorate and leave itblank, if not applicable. In experience select the key words carefully as that will be used in searching the profiles byprospective employers, who have access to your profile in ERP space.

Upload Your photo, which is recent and that brings extra credibility to your profile. Employers like profiles with imagesthan empty profiles. Select Newsletter Alert as you will get news updates at regular intervals.

Hit the “Create My Account”, it will create your Job Seeker Account inside the system. At this stage, system sends anemail to your email ID mentioned above. Log in into your email account and check the email and click the link providedwithin the email. This will verify our email address and activate the account within the portal.

Now you are ready to log in and update additional details and preferences that will draw the attention of employers andalso use resources available within the portal..

Once you login into the portal it is displaying like below

Now add the addition information by clicking on one by one buttons provided on the right side.

Edit Professional Details

Click on the save button to save the data.

Edit Summary Details

Write Summary details of your profile and click on save

Provide your role, Company name, select from date and select to date and description about your experience.

Edit Academic Details

Save the data.

Edit Project Details

Project title, Project Platform, Teamsize and Project URL and save the data.Upload the Resume

Supported formats like Doc, Docx, PDF’s.

Upload Photo

2) How to Join in Technical Groups and Participate in Discussions?

Go to more and Click on Groups

Join in any group and Start discussion.

Search Jobs

You can filter in Four Ways

1) Quick Job Search2) Advanced Search3) Job Search by Company4) Job Search by Industry

Quick Search

Click on the details button

Apply the job.

Block Companies

Click on Setting Tab for Blocking Companies, Change Password.

Hit the Block Company then it will go add on the right side.
