User Experience Lead The User Experience Department at Enilon incorporates information architecture, design and front-‐end development. The person we’re looking for must care about designing and building experiences that are capable of launching new brands or breathing life into established ones. We want technology geeks and creative visionaries who love to learn and are curious about how things work. About Enilon Enilon is a small digital agency located in Fort Worth, TX and founded in 2005, which provides digital marketing, strategy, design & development to a wide variety of clients ranging from non-‐profits and start-‐ups to Fortune 500 companies. Attributes Desired The role described below is 60% front-‐end development and 40% design related:
• Lead user-‐centered front-‐end development processes and approaches for large-‐scale projects. • Ability to translate client needs into award winning designs. • Gather requirements and translate business goals into meaningful features, content and design. • Lead brainstorms that help shape the user experience strategy at the beginning of the creative process. • Prepare internal and client-‐facing presentations. • Execution of the project through implementation to ensure the UX vision is carried through in every detail. • Stay on top of technology trends, the latest devices and software, and user experience best practices. Including
working in multiple environments and a thoughtful QA approach.
User Experience Developer Requirements
• Minimum 5-‐years relevant experience with conceptual design and front-‐end development. • Expert in HTML5 and CSS development. • Experience working with CMS systems (Concrete 5 experience is a huge plus). • Knowledgeable with object oriented Javascript and the jQuery Framework. • Responsive development experience. • Easily work in multiple server side environments (ruby on rails, PHP, .NET). • Knowledgeable of latest UX patterns, research and best practices. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Able to work with teams across all disciplines. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). • Unparalleled attention to detail. • Knowledgeable and comfortable with estimating and scoping all design and UX development projects • You must be able to work at our agency office in Fort Worth, TX.
You get bonus points for:
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (such as Visio, OmniGraffle). • Agency experience is highly desirable. • E-‐commerce, SEO & analytics, video and iOS experience are all huge pluses. • Information architecture design experience.
