Begin with a blank email…TOTALLY BLANK
Type the contact
information, etc,
that you want in
your signature.your signature.
Put the cursor where you want the image,
click on the Insert tab, select Picture, and
browse to find the picture you would like
to link back to your video pageto link back to your video page
Click on picture, select hyperlink, insert the url given in the online
system (example is http://video.cbagentinfo.com/fllllll )
Once your signature looks like a
keeper, select all by dragging from
the beginning to the end
highlighting everything including
the linked picture, right click

Go to outlook, click on the Tools
menu, click on Options...
Go to the Mail Format tab and
click on Signatures.
Select New and give it a name in
the resulting screen, and click OK
With your cursor in the body,
right click, and paste.
AND THERE YOU HAVE IT!
Don’t forget to save, select your
new signature in the New
Message drop down, and in the
Replies/forwards drop down.
