DATABASE• A DATABASE is a collection of data such

FILE option• Select the BLANK

• You will be asked a name for the database, call it FRIENDS
• Click [Create]

• Make sure TABLES is highlighted
• Now double click on CREATE TABLE IN DESIGN VIEW
• Now enter the following:
DATA TYPE – click in there and select from the drop down like this:

• Then click on [YES][YES] to save this table
• Now give this table a name – call it PEOPLE
• Click on [OK]

• You have now created a TABLE called PEOPLE
• This table is where all your friends names and other data will be kept…
• Now we need to make a FORM to let us type your friend’s names and other data into the database…

• Then double click on CREATE FORM BY USING WIZARD
• Click this double arrow to move all of the “fields” from the left window to the right window…
