• How is climate change finance interacting with national development plans and making use of country systems, and why?

• How have countries and their development partners strengthened the capacity of country systems to access and manage climate change finance?

• How are we reviewing progress to support national climate change policy and planning as an integral part of national development plans and on the use and quality of country systems to manage climate finance?

• What can development partners do to ensure coherence, transparency and predictability for support to partner countries?

strengthen systems at country level • Recommendations for reviewing progress on
