Official Youth Football Development Partners
USA Football is the “Official Youth Football Development Partner” of the
NFL, its 32 teams and the NFL Players Association.
This relationship marks the first time in the NFL’s 90-year history that ithas named an official youth football development partner.

USA Football offers membership anddevelopment resources for commissioners,
coaches, players and game officials.

USA Football conducts more than 80 events on an annual basis. Events include:

Coaching Schools• Single-day coaching schools designed specifically
for youth football coaches.
Player Academies• Three-day player camps for youth football players(ages 7-14).

USA Football awards $1 million in new
football equipment each year.
USA Football receives morethan 2,000 grant applicationsannually.
Grants are awarded based onneed and merit.

As the sport’s national governing body on youth and
amateur levels, fielding and managing America’s
national team program is among USA Football’s
responsibilities.
USA Football selects the “top-right” football players
who possess exemplary skill as well as characteristics
and qualities befitting a U.S. National Team athlete.
There are six teams within USA Football’s national
team program: Under-15 (Youth), Under-19 (High
School), Men’s Tackle, Women’s Tackle, Men’s &
Women’s Flag.
USA Football national teams compete in World
Championships and “friendlies” against the 58 fellow
member nations within the International Federation of
American Football (IFAF) spanning five continents.
