II. Summary and Announcements
FROM THE USNC: Review your CRD profile and ensure you are listed in the correct Domain/Chapter. Please check the MES site and confirm your Membership Class is correctly listed there if you have received a National level Prestige audit. Any errors please contact me. Don’t forget the Standards have been released all primary officers are required to take them all, though everyone is encouraged to take them. Take all 10, 5 question Standards and earn 100G prestige for learning about our club. So sayeth, Darth Hackett, Son of the Do'urden House, Holder of the Sacred Chalice of Prestige, Heir to the Holy Rings of Mordor.
ANC Admin: Please contact me with any errors, omissions, etc. in the report by email: [email protected] If you have any prestige recommendations missing from the website, please send me an email listing with the following template filled in (for ease of transferring data). ANC Chapters: 1. Chapter/Domain Application Processing I am working with each of the Regional staffs as the applications come in. Once Regional signs off on any new chapters or domains in their area, I create those identifications in the CRD. I say Regional staff because I will not create a new chapter or domain without the approval of the RC and RST. These officers have a closer working knowledge of their Regions than I do. I want to make sure there are not going to be any issues from the *C or the *ST side of the new Chapter or Domain. 2. Chapter/Domain Reports Archiving I have archived all of the August 2014 reports I have received. I have included a listing below of units. Reg/Code/Name/ and Date received. If any of my information is incorrect, please let me know so that I can be as accurate as I can. 3. Verification of National Coordinator Recognition Awards I have listed below approved Coordinator Recognition awards based on recommendations from the RC reports. 4. Answering questions in regards to Chapters and Domains I am fielding each question as they are received. 5. Prestige Rebuilds This is the worst and most time consuming part of this job. many prestige rebuilds are from the period where there are NO records. I'm doing what I can, but sometimes, even I have no answers. 6. Updating the National Database I can update the CRD at this time. I am creating units in the CRD as they get approved and closing them as well as they get removed.
ANC Prestige: Everything running smoothly. People need to remember that donated items need to be listed on their logs as well as the member's name for carpooling and lodging. Please update all logs to the new format. It can be found at: http://www.mindseyesociety.org/wpcontent/uploads/2013/08/MESPrestigeLog.xls

VIII. Regional Chapter and Domain Status (ANC Chapters updated June 2014)
The following is a list of the August, 2014 chapter and domain reports I have received broken down by region. The SE Region had 100% reporting AGAIN this past month. This is 52 months in a row for all of the Coordinators in the SE Region. That’s the number in a standard deck of playing cards, or the number of weeks in a year. 52....I would say that’s amazing, but the SE makes it commonplace. You guys Rock! Congrats!!! NOTE TO THE REGIONAL COORDINATORS:
14
Awarding Regional Coordinator Prestige: Please remember that you cannot award yourself regional prestige. Instead, include any recommendations for yourself to me in the “Recommendations to National” section of your monthly status report.
Awarding Prestige for Spouses or Significant Others: In addition, any prestige awards that would be for your significant other or spouse should also be listed in the “Recommendations to National” section of your report. This will help ensure that no one questions your awards.
Process Note for Pushing Member Class Reviews to National: Member Class (MC) reviews for awards of 12 through 14 must be approved by the National Coordinators office. In order to accomplish this Regional Coordinators and their Assistants (ARC Prestige) who review MC logs are invited to join the National MC Review list. Only two members may be subscribed from any one region. Once subscribed, the RC or designated ARC Prestige can attach approved membership logs from the regional level for National level review. Sending regionally- approved prestige logs directly to the ANC Prestige email account will result in delayed processing. This email account is for questions, and special issues.
