I n t r o d u c t i o n

T h e a c c o m p a n y i n g t a b l e s l i s t c h e m i c a l a n a l y s e s o f 3 3 7 r o c k s a m p l e s t h a t were c o l l e c t e d i n 1979, 1 9 8 0 , a n d 1 9 8 1 i n c o n j u n c t i o n w i t h g e o l o g i c m a p p i n g i n t h e U g a s h i k , B r i s t o l Bay, a n d p a r t o f K a r l u k q u a d r a n g l e s . T h i s w o r k w a s c o n d u c t e d u n d e r t h e a u s p i c e s o f t h e A l a s k a M i n e r a l R e s o u r c e A s s e s s m e n t P r o g r a m (AMRAP). T h i s r e p o r t i s t o a c c o m p a n y W i l s o n a n d O ' L e a r y (1986) w h i c h i n a d v e r t e n t l y i s m i s s i n g m o s t o f t h e d a t a t a b l e s l i s t e d h e r e . I n a d d i t i o n , a t o m i c a b s o r p t i o n s p e c t r o p h o t o m e t r y w a s u s e d t o d e t e r m i n e c o p p e r , l e a d , g o l d , s i l v e r , a n d z i n c . I n s t r u m e n t a l m e r c u r y a n d s p e c i f i c i o n f l u o r i n e a n a l y s e s were a l s o
