-----~--Bayer~Advanced-is-submitting~a~label~Notification~for-TempoConcentrate-lnsecticide,-ERA----~

Reg. No. 72155-39, in accordance with PR Notice 98-10.

The purpose of this Notification is to make the following minor modifications and corrections to the product labeling:

1. On page 1 (marketing claims list), changed "Kills over 60 different listed outdoor insects" to "Kills over 100 different listed outdoor insects", and changed "Kills up to 70 insect pests as listed" to "Kills over 1 00 insect pests as listed". This change was made to more accurately reflect the number of pests listed on the label, which is well over 1 00 different insect pests.

2. Changed the.HOW MUCH TO USE section of QUICK FACTS on page 2 to read as follows. This correction was made because the label is unclear as to which part was for Concentrate vs. Ready-to-Spray packaging version of product, and the lawn use rate was missing.

[For Concentrate:] For Vegetable and Ornamental applications, dilute 1/2 fl. oz. (1 Tablespoon) per gallon of water. For Lawn Pests, dilute 3 fl. oz per gallon of water. [For Ready-to-Spray:] No measuring needed. Dilutes automatically.

3. In FIRST AID, corrected "Inhalation" to "If Inhaled" to match standard format and remainder of First Aid section.

4. In the HOW TO SPRAY section, added statement "Shake Well Before Using" to start this section, which was missing from this label.

5. In Grapes section, added the missing "Pest" headin-g.

6. In LAWN PESTS section, corrected the title row to read as follows. This change was made because the directions to dilute 3 fl. oz. product per gallon of water (see "Lawn Pests" section of label) is not applicable to the Ready-to-Spray (RTS) packaging version of the product.

LAWN PESTS [For Concentrate, not RTS:] (3 fl. oz. per gallon of water (covers 500 sq. ft.»
