USDSO’s subsidiary was registered by the Iraq Ministry of Trade (Foreign Company Section CD:2500) to conduct business in the Republic of Iraq and completed its first contract for the Government of Iraq in 2005.

USDSO has a wealth of knowledge and expertise from years of field experience. We continue to build on that knowledge to evolve to the new market conditions we face. In addition, our training division conducts classes around the world leading to ISO/IEC certifications in 20+ manufacturing fields.

Our experienced in-house crews consist of field supervisors, inspectors, safety officers and project managers. These teams work in direct partnership with customers across the country and across the world. Using this model allows us to retain top talent and years of expertise, while reserving the ability to quickly scale our manpower to tackle small or large erection projects under highly challenging conditions.

Since 2015, USDSO has been organized into four operating divisions:

1). An equipment and training division headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania. This division supplies, telecommunications, educational, medical, construction, farming, and manufacturing equipment to developing nations around the world. In addition to coursework on 20+ ISO/IEC certifications, our training division presents courses for approximately 100 individual certifications.

2.) a security division headquartered in Miami, Florida which is the security company for the ports of Miami and Baltimore. Earlier, port expansion projects at the port of Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA established the firm as a leader in port development and expansion.

3.) an oil storage, pipeline construction and oil field service division (Def-Com Energy) headquartered in Treasure Island, Florida and a Member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors. We use only the most modern construction techniques in the erection of all sizes and designs of oil storage tanks: fixed roof, floating rook, vertical and horizontal cylindrical, and spherical "Horton" designs.

4.) DSM Construction, a construction and security contractor with decades of experience in some of the most challenging and dangerous environments in the world.

The USDSO global corporate headquarters is located a short distance from Titusville, Pennsylvania where the world’s first oil well was drilled in 1859 and located in the heart of the Marcellus Shale region which is estimated to contain about 500 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Choosing the right type of storage tank will largely depend on the specific needs of the operator, as well as the unique requirements of the application. In all cases, ensuring that tanks and pressure vessels are designed, fabricated, and installed/erected in accordance with all applicable standards is critical to minimizing vapor losses, maximizing useful life, and preserving the safety of individuals working in and around the tank.

Our construction division specializes in providing commercial construction and project management (all facets) for new and reconstruction residential and industrial projects, infrastructure (water, sewage, electrical, gas, road building and soil stabilization) and general construction.
