    TEPA OSC Support

Due to current budgetary constraints, the NSF has additional requirements for prioritizing requests for our support and must seek approval from higher authority. This impacts not only our ability to respond in some circumstances, but may also delay our coordination efforts with OSCs to confirm our support.

We strongly encourage our EPA partners to continue to request our assistance, particularly in the event of an emergent and/or substantial threat to public health or welfare situation.

In the event the NSF cannot support an EPA OSC, we STRONGLY encourage the OSC to communicate with the RRT and seek other avenues for support utilizing this vital component of the National Response System.

When you make the call to our Operations Officer the following is the information we will need:

Case BackgroundDetailed Scope of work for the Strike TeamEmergent: Yes or NoFunding Source: (WAF)Maritime nexus: Yes or NoLife/Safety Concerns:Media interest: Travel: TDYNumber of personnel:

We appreciate our OSCs' understanding and look forward to working with them on future cases.
