Schedule Optimization: Schedule Optimization Task Force (SOTF)
has currently met for three 3-day group sessions to further refine the
auxiliary spillway completion schedule

CONTROL STRUCTURE Granite is currently excavating common
material from the left side (Monolith 5)
and the right side (Monoliths 1 and 2)
To date approximately 65,000 cubic
yards of common material has been
excavated at the site

REVISED SCHEDULE
The Schedule Optimizing Task Force completed it's third round of meetings and has given an update briefing to Corps Sacramento District, BoR, and sponsor leadership. The Task Force is continuing to revise the schedule, with risks and costs for each and the team will deliver a final recommendation to Corps, Reclamation and sponsor leadership on 1 June 11. Fully vetted schedule will be completed by 30 June 11.
