To date approximately 65,000 cubic

yards of common material has been

Designs for Chute/Stilling Basin and Approach Channel are currently underway

Design teams are looking at strategies to accelerate the designs for earlier award; including the design for the cofferdam

URS completed Phase I barge drilling in the reservoir; Phase II confirmatory drilling under rock plug in support of the construction of the cofferdam for the approach channel excavation is scheduled to start in Nov

REVISED SCHEDULE

The Schedule Optimizing Task Force completed it's third round of meetings and has given an update briefing to Corps Sacramento District, BoR, and sponsor leadership. The Task Force is continuing to revise the schedule, with risks and costs for each and the team will deliver a final recommendation to Corps, Reclamation and sponsor leadership on 1 June 11. Fully vetted schedule will be completed by 30 June 11.
