We use bamboo or high quality russian plywood. We provide samples of the finish material during the production process to confirm selection and for approval.

Terms of saleEach product is individually built upon client’s requirements making each of them somewhat unique. We do not keep items in stock. For these reasons, once transmitted to us, an order can not be cancelled. Complete payment must be made for production to start.

DeliveryAn email confirmation along with an estimated delivery date is sent upon reception of an order payment. Allow 4 weeks for production of the product.

Tracking of packagesOur products are sent from Montreal and are insured during transit. Tracking number is sent by email to the client as soon as the product is picked up for delivery. Tracking of the shipment can be made by internet.

returns and other policies

Delivery TimesAll shipping and delivery times given by Urbann are estimates. We do not give free shipping or credit if an order does not arrive by a certain date. Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if you have a deadline. Allow 2 to 5 workings days for transit time in addition to the Usually Ships Out in Days shown on our site for each product. Do not count weekends & holidays.

Wood Finishes & ColorsComputer screens vary in their ability to accurately display colors. Request a sample before ordering if you are concerned about the color or finish. Urbann does not accept returns based on the color not matching the screen presentation or your existing fixtures or furniture.

Privacy PolicyUrbann will only use your personal information to complete your order, answer your inquiry or offer our products and services. We do not sell email addresses or personal information gathered. For your security information gathered is stored on secure servers. Cancellations PolicyIf you need to cancel your order please call Urbann immediately. Please note, once an order has entered production or shipped it may not be cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return the item subject to the return policy outlined below. If you cancel an item that has been customized or is deemed non-returnable by Urbann (see below) there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25%.

Returns PolicyMany of our items are NOT returnable, please ask before purchasing. Custom ordered items are not returnable. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. Please call Urbann for a return authorization, credit will not be issued without prior return authorization. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge and customer must pay all shipping charges. DO NOT ship merchandise back to Urbann’s main office, you will be given a return address when you are given a return authorization number. DamagesDamage can occur to displays during shipment, especially glass & wood, even though the outside packaging looks undamaged. PLEASE inspect your merchandise upon receipt and REFUSE the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging. Also please contact Urbann immediately to report the damage. Claims cannot be filed by Urbann if damage is reported after the delivery receipt has been signed for without noting possible damage. If you suspect the merchandise might have concealed damage (ex. the sound of broken glass) mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In the event that the truck driver does not give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage” on your delivery receipt before signing.

Shortage or DiscrepanciesWhen receiving merchandise on your order, please be sure to verify what you received. If you find any shortages or discrepancies report them to Urbann immediately. We must be contacted within 3 business days of receipt of goods. After 3 business days Urbann cannot accept responsibility for shortages or discrepancies. . Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
