Urban Green, Olympus Properties to Remodel Historic Dallas BuildingBy Urban Green Investments
In partnership with Olympus Properties, Urban Green Investments recently bought a luxury apartment building in Dallas’ central business district with plans to update its facilities.
The Mosaic, which consists of two towers, was built in 1952, with the second tower added a decade later. Until the building was redeveloped in 2006, it housed the Fidelity Union Life Insurance Company. Its two towers now house 440 apartment units connected by a nine-story parking structure.
Floor plans include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse designs. Some units feature granite countertops, high-end appliances, and exposed bricks that create a loft-style atmosphere.
Amenities
The luxury housing complex is known for its unique amenities, including a 120-foot rooftop infinity pool, two large outdoor projection screens, a billiards room, and a poker lounge. Residents may also enjoy an outdoor kitchen and outdoor movie theater.
Amenities
The multimillion-dollar renovation package will not only improve the Mosaic’s already high-end amenities, but it will also upgrade its operations and the historic buildings’ common areas.
