PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONST-SP is a high performance latex admixture

formulated to be applied as a primer on concrete,

render, plaster, gypsum board, panel wall, aerated

block wall, etc. to enhance the bonding with render,

plaster, tiling or repairing system. It can also be mixed

with cement to form bond coat slurry for similar

applications with excellent enhancement in

adhesion strength between substrate and covering

material.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATIONThe substrate must be sound, even, clean and free of

loose particles, grease and any other unwanted

contaminants. No stagnant or apparent water is

allowed on the substrate surface before application.

FEATURES & BENEFITS ♦ Enhanced adhesion strength

♦ Better workability

♦ Improved flexibility

♦ Waterproofing effect

♦ Strong adhesion to substrate

♦ Reduce shrinkage cracks

♦ Rust protection to reinforcement when mixed

with cement to form bond coat slurry

♦ Excellent bonding to concrete, masonry, panel

wall and gypsum board

AREAS OF APPLICATION♦ Primer on substrate surfaces of concrete, render,

plaster, panel wall, light weight block, etc.

♦ Primer coat for self-leveling screed

♦ Mix with cement sand for spatterdash application

♦ Mix with cement to form bond coat slurry used in

concrete repair

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) solution for substrate surface enhancement for receiving

plastering, tiling, self-leveling screed and repairing material.

Bond Coat Slurry:

Mix Score Tech Supreme Primer with cement in

the recommended ratio as the bond coat

slurry for concrete repair mortar. Apply bond

coat slurry to the substrate by brush or by roller

to ensure the entire area is fully covered. Apply

repair mortar when the boat coat slurry

becomes tacky dry.

Spatterdash:

Mix cement, sand, Score Tech Supreme Primer

and water with the ratio gived in the table

below with electrical mixer for 3 – 5 minutes.

Apply spatterdash to substrate surface in the

usual way by spreading the slurry with brush or

bloom.

Mortar for Minor Repair:

Mix cement, sand, Score Tech Supreme Primer

and water with the ratio gived in the table

below with electrical mixer for 3 – 5 minutes.

Press the mortar to the area for repair by hand

or by trowel, whichever is considered to be

more appropriate for ensuring no void will be

left on the substrate.
