ExpansionThe Group is further expanding its Capacities and establishing a Greenfield Plant at Chhatral, District Mehsana, Gujarat to manufacture 6000 MTPA OF Zinc Oxide in the First Phase. The Project is already under execution. Production is expected to commence in the 2nd Quarter of 2015.

Additionally, the Factory shall also manufacture Zinc in the Second Phase to produce 2000 MTPA by the Year 2016.

BENEFITS: The New Facility shall be cost effective and

effect Savings in Inward Freights on Raw Material. (50 % of our Raw Material is sourced from outside the Country; mainly through JNPT, Mumbai and Mundra, Gujarat Ports).

Additionally, the Export Markets can be effectively targeted.

Huge Consumption of the Product is required in Ceramic Sector which is concentrated in Gujarat and also the State being developed as a Fourth Automobile Hub, Rubber Sector including Tyre Sector shall be adding Capacities there.
