PricesAll prices are retail, COM, F.O.B. factory. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes, freight, installation or storage.

Production timeOrders are placed into production upon receipt of deposits, all fabrics and trimmings complete.

ShippingPlease specify the carrier and receiving warehouse address on your order.

StorageAll orders will be shipped as ready if balance is paid. If an order has not been fully paid 10 days prior to ship date, the order will automatically be transferred to the next available truck after payment in full is received or it will transfer to storage. All storage costs, including transportation, are the responsibility of the customer. Storage fees are $100 net per week.

I HARDWOOD FRAMES Solid hardwood frames constructed from kiln-dried ash and maple.All frames are hand assembled.

2 FRAME JOINTS Double-doweled, glued and screwed. Base rails are extra reinforced with comer blocks which are glued and screwed.

] INSIDE ARMS 1.5 inch edge roll applied to front arm post. Double layer of cotton batting under a 1.5 inch high density foam finished with a double layer of I inch soft fiber over all. Some styles have sprung 8 way hand tied coils at inside arms.

4 OUTSIDE ARMS Polypropylene sheeting with a .75 inch layer of fiber over all.

Sa INSIDE LOOSE BACKS Continuous wire covered in 1.5 inch high density foam covered in I inch soft fiber.

Sb INSIDE TIGHT BACKS Coil spring Marshall Unit covered with a layer of 1.5 ounce fiber over a double layer of I inch soft fiber placed at bottom 8 inches of back. 1.5 inch high density foam is added over the fiber and finished up with a layer of I inch soft fiber overall. Some styles are hand sprung with 8-way hand tied coils.

6 OUTSIDE BACK Polypropylene sheeting with a .75 inch layer of fiber over all.

7 FRONT EDGE SEAT Contoured high density foam wedge with a .25 inch soft polyurethane foam banding. Followed with double layer of 1.5 ounce fiber and a layer of I inch soft fiber over all.

8 SEAT DECK Polypropylene sheeting over coil springs with a .75 inch deck pad on top. Finished with a layer of .75 inch fiber.

9 SEAT BOTTOMS Heavy polypropolene webbing, interwoven and double secured on all four sides.

I O COIL SPRINGS Secured to seat bottom then tied-down to each other and frame, using time-honored eight-way hand-tying method. Springs are custom adjusted to maximize each seat's comfort.

I I SEAT and BACK CUSHIONS SEATS: High Density Foam Core wrapped with .75 inch fiber, inserted into a compartmentalized down-proof ticking bag whose channels have been filled with 50/50 goose down and goose feathers. BACKS:A down-proof ticking bag hand filled with 50/50 goose down and goose feathers.

12 WOOD FINISHES All exposed wood finished parts are made from solid kiln-dried maple hardwood. Once i'litial sanding has been done the steps are as follows: stained, filled, sanded, filled sanded, glazed, filled, sanded, filled, sanded, and lacquered.

1 HARDWOOD FRAMES Produced from kiln dried hardwoods. Maple is used on domestic production and beech for all imported frames. Our imported frames come from Europe. Only #1 select wood is used; this assures the absence of knots and dark streaks that are found in lesser quality furniture. Eachpieceisindividuallycraftedandcarvedbyhand.Thisisfirstdoneinroughformbymachine,andthencarved by hand. All detail done on an individual basis in regard to sanding, detail carving, connections of molding, etc.

2 FRAME JOINTS Alljointsaredoubledoweledormortiseandtenon.Cornerblocksarefitted,gluedandattimesscrewedinto place. This assures a strong and stable frame.

3 INSIDE TIGHT BACKS The backs of the chair frames are made with polyurethane foam, cotton and dacron. When necessary a soft marshall unit is used.

4 COIL SPRINGS All chair frames are sprung using individual 9 or 10 gauge coil springs. The springs are eight way hand tied using Italian jute twine.

5 SEAT and BACK CUSHIONS Standard seat cushion construction consists of a polyurethane foam core wrapped in down. The down consistency is 50% down 50% feather.

BACKS: 50/50 down and feather, no foam is used in the back cushions.

6 WOOD FINISHES Thequalityandconsistencyofourfinishesisextremelyimportant.Therearesixstepsinvolvedwithanapproximate drying time of 4-6 hours per step.

Allfinishesarehandrubbedwithsteelwoolandafinalwaxrubisapplied.

7 DISTRESSING Distressing will vary. It is done more heavily at feet and arms where the piece would have heavy use.
