Overview: Georg Trapp is a life and executive coach with expertise in multiple domains. So, our main challenge on this project was to create a coherent personal brand that would bring all his skills and capabilities under one roof. Overview: RINA Group unites a multitude of companies from different countries and different domains. They needed someone to build a coherent brand for them. Overview: We created the RINA Tours identity from scratch, starting from positioning and values all the way to service design. We positioned RINA Tours as an expert destination management company in Romania, with a powerful online presence built through Facebook and Google AdWords. Also, we created a dedicated blog (www.wonderfulromania.ro) on Romanian tourist attractions to bring the brand even closer to the customer.

Creating such a popular and trustworthy brand as RINA Tours meant reaching customers and potential customers on multiple platforms. Thus, we chose to approach them on Facebook. We organized contests to increase the brand image and we keep their attention by posting regular updates. The page announces RINA Tours' travel offers, popular events happening in Romania and the weekly articles on RINA Tours' blog Wonderful Romania.

Overview: Wonderful Romania was created to promote the activity of the tourism agencies and hotels under the RINA brand and to challenge foreigners and Romanians alike to discover this country. On a custom WordPress blog platform we created, we write SEO optimized articles in both English and Romanian about local tourist attractions. Since its launch, the site attracted more and more visitors due to its relevant content and to its Facebook promotion.

Overview: The challenge on this project was to bring under the same brand the four hotels now owned by RINA Group. As they previously had different identities, we created a site that puts them together and presents their facilities. Also, we had to add to the site an easy to use booking tool to increase sales. To ensure the success of the site, we did SEO optimization for both the English and the Romanian versions, we update the content constantly and promote it through Facebook and Google AdWords. Also, we create flyers and brochures to promote the hotels.

Overview: EHP is a wellness application meant for large USA corporate clients and their employees. Companies will enroll their employees to the EHP online cooking lessons platform. The EHP platform is a complex web app that through video lessons, tests, statistics, awards, practical advices and community forums inspires a healthy lifestyle. The application will support hundreds of thousands of users.

Technologies and architecture: The framework used is CodeIgniter, an open-source PHP & MySQL powerful framework with a very small footprint. Both the development and production stage run on LAMP based servers. The developed solution features a multi-layered user system with multiple database connections running at the same time. The project’s frontend is built with responsive design methodology.

Internal Online Time Management Tool


Overview: The challenge was to build a custom time management tool for the employees of a dynamic advertising agency. The tool includes timesheets, custom reporting, employee and manager views. The app was built in order to accommodate future modules, such as invoicing, CRM and project management. The final aim being to develop a lightweight ERP.

Web technology: The PHP framework used is CodeIgniter. Both the development and production stage run on LAMP based servers. The developed solution features a multi-level user system. An Excel-like table view was built for the purpose of data entry. Custom mouse and keyboard jQuery events were programmed to simulate the Excel user experience. The data is saved/edited/deleted via cached AJAX calls.


Nargila Grill & Bar - Restaurant Facebook App


Overview: A Facebook app was built to generate sales for a restaurant in Bucharest. With a click of a button the Facebook app offered a discount based on the birthday of the user and sent emails and posted on the Wall of the user. All the leads were managed by the restaurant staff through a custom build tool we created connected to the Facebook app.

Web technology: An in-house PHP & MySQL environment was used to program the application. Both the development and production stage ran on LAMP based servers. The developed solution involved using the Facebook Graph API and server CRON jobs to fetch user data, friends data, post on their walls and send automatic emails on certain dates. Also, we built a custom PHP & MySQL management tool for managing the clients coming to the restaurant through special offers ran through the app.


CRM Tool


Overview: The task was to build a custom Client Relationship Management tool for RINA Tours & Travel, with a joint database with its websites for automated client entries, as well as Google AdWords campaigns, and user management, including advanced duplicate detection and removal features.

Web technology: It uses an in-house PHP framework, built for fast development. Both the development and production stage ran on LAMP based servers.

Overview: A Romanian company started an innovative leisure portal based on people’s hobbies. A fast and scalable portal meant for large traffic built with a great amount of modules: polls system, comments system, blog system, ads system, AJAX based search system, forum system etc.

Web technology: An in-house PHP & MySQL CMS was used to program the portal. Both the development and production stage ran on LAMP based servers. The developed solution featured custom made modules to serve the core functionalities of the website as well as the less important ones, modules such as AJAX based search and pagination system, AJAX ads system, custom API integrations, data manipulation for custom charts generation, multi-level user access, Cron jobs for data backup etc. A custom blog was also built using the WordPress platform.


Tamarind Springs - Luxury Spa


Overview: Tamarind Springs is a luxury spa in Thailand that needed to freshen up a bit its brand image. We created a new site to match the gorgeous setting of the spa and wrote SEO optimized content to match the new look of the brand. Also, in order to increase sales, we built a booking tool on the site, so that visitors could make their reservations as easy as possible.

Overview: A Thailand based company started a TV show about sustainable tourism. The show would be supported by a great online presence through its website and online community. Creating a fast and easy to use portal that supports a large amount of traffic and a secured messaging system according to Thailand’s strict laws on censorship.
