DESCRIPTION
The upcoming 2013 Title-24 Building Efficiency Standards were approved by the California Energy Commission on May 9, 2012. The new Title-24 energy code incorporates significant changes that will affect architects, builders, contractors, energy consultants, and solar PV installers.
