SUMMARY

My main skills lie in my creativity, which make me quite versatile and adaptable to careers that require creative solutions. I have been in juried fine art shows and one co-op show. I have won one fine art award from Ball State University. I am now looking for a career where I can help others and my community, while still maintaining my professional art as a side job.

EXPERIENCE

I work at the fulfillment center for Amazon in Whitestown picking orders from customers and checking the quality of inventory to see if it matches up with virtual inventory. I use a scanner to find items located throughout the building then bring them to a conveyor belt that brings them to the shipping facilities.

I worked for a Fortune 500 client, AT&T, as a sales representative selling their U-verse services BTC. I interviewed and trained people on sales strategies such as the jones effect, using indifference, fear of loss, and sense of urgency. Also taught the 8 great work habits and used F.O.R.D.S. to fill in the gaps of a conversation to make people who were more introverted gain confidence.

Accomplishments

● I have saved many people over $1,000 per year in telecommunication services as well as upgrading their services.

● I was given interviews and learned to hire and train people.

Track Team Member, K1 SpeedFishers, IN — January 2015 to May 3, 2015

I’m part of K1 Speed’s track team. I make sure racers are driving safely by use of flag signals. I have been trained to check tire pressures and fill tires. I also call people up for their races using an intercom system.

Accomplishments

● I have saved many people from bad crashes using proper flagging and manually slowing them down with speed controller.

● I learned to find problems before they happen, not just as they start happening.

Cashiering, bartending, cooking food, washing dishes, played guitar for customers, took inventory, closed register, answered phone calls, and took large catering orders over the phone.

Accomplishments

● Made use of my guitar playing ability to bring customers to the business. Customer wrote an email about my customer service saying I made

them want to come back.
