Prom

Saturday, April 29 is the High School Prom! It will be held at the

Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association building, from 6:00pm-10:00pm.

The cost is $25.00, which includes a three course dinner. High

Schoolers, come out for a Masquerade Ball!

Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp Program will begin on Tuesday, May 30.

There will be crafts, games, and LOTS of field trips!

Middle School Dance

Friday, April 28 is the Middle School Dance, held in the gym!

The cost is $8.00 if paying in advance, or $10.00 if paying at the door.

There will be food, games, music, and prizes!

The theme is Winter Wonderland.

Summer is here and we have a fun new addition to our Summer Camp Program. Our 2-4

year olds are invited to a fun-filled summer with a schedule that they have grown to love

this last school year.

Our first day of Mustang Summer Camp is Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 7:30am - 6:00pm.

Camp Fees and Financial Policies

Camp Cost:

Registration: $40.00 includes 2 summer camp shirts

Camp Fees: All fees due on the Friday prior to the attended week

1st child $90.00 a week

2nd child $80.00 a week

3rd child+ $75.00 a week

Financial Policies:

There are no refunds of camp registration fees.

Weekly camp fees are payable on the Friday before the preceding week of camp.

There are no refunds on missing days of camp.

Camp ends at 6:00pm. Charges for late pick up: $25.00 for the first 10 minutes and $1.00 per

additional minute.

A past due balance will be charged a $40.00 weekly until current.

In the event of nonpayment of any debt to Community Christian School, the undersigned

parent/guardian shall be responsible for any and all collection fees, reasonable attorney fees,

collection costs and any other costs incurred by the school in the collection of said debt.

Statement of Cooperation

Mustang Summer Ranch Camp, a ministry of First Baptist Church, Community Christian School,

requires full cooperation from parents to best implement the type of quality camp that is consistent with

the principles that this camp was founded upon.

Campers are encouraged and recognized for good or improved behavior; however, disciplinary

action will be taken for unacceptable behavior.

Forms of discipline at Mustang Summer Ranch include profitable tasks and the loss of privileges

or field trips. The use of restrictions, suspension, or as a last resort, expulsion, is used when deemed

serious or necessary.

Camp rules are designed to make our camp a safe, pleasant place which provides the best

possible atmosphere for development. Parental support and understanding concerning the change in

rules for the summer is essential.

I give my child permission to take part in all camp activities, including bus trips, sports activities,

and camp sponsored trips away from the premises of First Baptist Community Christian School.

Concerning Fees, I agree to pay on the Friday of each week preceding the week of camp. If

payment has not been received, my child will not be allowed to attend camp until payment has been

received.

LIABILITY RELEASE FORM

In consideration for accepting my child, _______________________________________

For participation in Mustang Summer Ranch Camp, I do hereby release, forever discharge and agree

to hold harmless First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte, Community Christian School or Mustang

Summer Ranch and the directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal

injury, sickness or death as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which

may be incurred by the undersigned and the participant that occur while said person is participating

in the aforementioned program or activity including recreation and work activities. The undersigned

further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify said church, its directors, employees and agents

for any liability sustained by said acts of said participant, including expensed incurred attendant

thereto.

Should legal action, for any reason, be taken against First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte, Inc., its

employees, or agents thereof on my child's behalf and the Church and/or School is found not at fault,

I agree to pay any and all attorneys fees, court fees, damages, lost employee time, and other found

costs that are incurred to defend itself against such action.

The undersigned further consents to the administration of first-aid and /or doctors care, or any other

form of medical treatment necessitated by illness or injury that may require the same. In the event

of the necessity of such care of treatment as heretofore described, the undersigned agrees to hold

harmless and indemnify said church, school, and camp, all of its directors, employees and agents

from any acts of malfeasance, and/or failure to act on the part of those chosen to administer medical

care on behalf of the camper.
