Welcome to Virginia’s 85th State Convention!

I Believe...

This year our theme for the State Convention is “I Believe...” Today’s society is challenging our ministry, our churches, and faith in God. But I know whom I have believed... I still believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. I still believe by His stripes we are healed. I still believe that God is my Provider, my Protector, and my Savior. I still believe in the Word of God. I still believe in Heaven and Hell. I still believe there is nothing too hard for our God. I still believe the Lord is coming back. I believe God has miracles

for us in this 85th Virginia State Convention!

Judy and I appreciate each one of you. May God richly bless you during the Convention and during this upcoming year. I believe God has a double portion year of harvest and blessings for you and your

Kelly and I wish to express our joy and pleasure in having the opportunity to once again be with you in a Virginia State Convention. It is exciting to reconnect with friends and enjoy the seasons of worship and fellowship that will be a part of this weekend. Something special happens when our church family comes together. The theme of this convention, “I Believe. . .”, is a thread, that as it weaves its way through each session will uplift your faith, undergird you with His love and reassure you of God’s promises. We join you in prayer as you conduct important business, participate in times of worship, receive instruction and enjoy rich fellowship. If you have not already done so, let me encourage you to register for another conference coming in September. The North America Together Conference is scheduled for September 27-29 at the Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN. You can register online at northamericaministries.org. The one purpose of this conference is to add value to pastors. Perhaps it would be good for each local church to consider gifting this conference to your pastor and companion. Isaiah described a memorable spiritual encounter, saying, “I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple” (Isaiah 6:1). It is my prayer that you, too, will see the Lord and that his glory will fill this place where we are assembled. Loving Him,

Nurses: We have a nursing staff available. If there is a need, please contact an usher immediately. Mother’s Room: There is a room provided to assist with caring for crying babies and babies’ needs. This is a private room for one person at a time. Please see an usher if you need assistance. A full time nursery is not available. Children’s Church: Thursday Evening, Friday Evening and Saturday Morning Children’s Church will be held in the gym next door.

Ages 3, 4, & 5 will be in the gym facility.

1st– 5th grade in the gym.

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE REGISTERED. You can get a

registration form in the foyer or at the Children’s Church stations.

All children must be collected promptly and you must have the ID

card to collect your child.
