  • What’s NEW (Continued) NEW Online Revenue Structure

    • Beginning July 1, 2019, online revenue budgets will be established as department base budgets.

    • Online budget provided to the department will be based on online revenue dollars generated in FY18.

    • Base budget will not be attached to revenue generated. • Budget will be provided in departmental E&G index/fund. • Revenue remaining at 06/30/2020 will carryforward into

    the new year (FY2021)

    • Simple written guidance to be provided for the next faculty hiring cycle

    • Training opportunities to be scheduled with our central admin partners (H/R and Faculty Services Admin)

    • Creation of Frequently Asked Questions “FAQ” Document, e.g., “Who should contact applicants not selected for interview?”

    • Ensure Stipend and Tuition are charged to the same Index/Fund • All Spring contracts should be reviewed and modified as needed

    by January 13th. • Ensure students have completed their Residency Verification

    • Should be entered daily and submitted on the closing Friday of the biweekly period

    • Due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, all biweekly time sheets for the period of January 4 –17th are due for approval by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 16th.

    • Leave Reports • Should be submitted monthly • Approvals by the Financial Manager or Designee should be

    made before the 10th of the following month • IMPORTANT: Nine Month Faculty must enter leave beginning

    August through May
