Wherehouse 2015 a good place to work where it is available place completely covered for protection from the sun and high temperature.

Wherehouse 2016 a Bad place to work where there is no covered for protection from the sun and high temperatures. Electricity towers High voltage very near from workplace which affects human health

Conclusion1-It is noticeable that the company does not have a clear policy in management.

The company does not have a work plan and go at random.

The company does not care about Staff.

2-When Management has shifted from a Canadian nationality to Pakistani and Egyptian nationality Staff lose everything.

3-When I talking about accommodation does not mean living in a 4-star hotel But I mean, I live in a humane place (good flat).

4-When I talking about the Wherehouse I mean to be a good place to work. A place is covered for protection from high temperature, a safe place does not harm human health.

1- destruction some equipment because of lack of interest in work (2 flair pit ignition system – 1 unite package )

2- No one cares about the interests of the company.

3-No one cares to work.

4-There is no concentration at work.

5-Not equipment maintenance as required.

6-There is no incentive for workers to upgrade the company.

Is it possible to leave your family to this poor salary?

Is it possible to work outside your country of the poor salary?

Is it possible to work in the field of petroleum services for this poor salary?

Do you know that about salary?1- If I worked a full month on the rig you'll get a 660 KD (300 basic + 360 Daly).

2- If it does not work a month and sit in the apartment without any effort, you'll get a 525 KD

(300 basic + 225 living expenses ) .

3-Only difference 135 KD if you work on rig site.

Whichever is best for you?

Do you know that about Management?

1- The company did not change the contract with the client has been changed only for staff.

2- Only one person is responsible for the operating Kuwait Branch office (Coordinate- operating - transportation - Human Resources - accountant).

3- Each month there are mistakes in the salaries of employees.
