Concept

This innovative co-working space will be inspired by the free-form of nature, specifically a flowing waterfall. This space will channel local urban energy and accelerate the occupants’ creative process. This design will be versatile, promote workplace efficiency, and incorporate sustainability. Free-form natural elements will be utilized throughout the space. Occupant inspiration will be increased through the use of whimsical features, maximum exterior visibility, hi-tech IT resources, and low tech manual tools. The juxtaposition between the urban surroundings and the nature-inspired interior will create an ambiance that is suitable for maximum creative output.
