Pine Needles Biomass Briquetting
• Electrically operated• High initial cost• High maintenance cost• Heavy• Skilled operation is required in
pyrolysis based as well as in big industrial machines
Features of proposed machine
• Light weight• Solar/hand operated (in this order)
• Easy maintenance and operation
• Low cost ( RS 10‐15000)• Heating chamber for briquettes (added benefit)
Advantages
From Environmental point of view: No power is required, eco friendly.
From villagers’ point of view: Great employment opportunity for people
From governments’ point of view: Simple manufacturing is required. Will generate goodwill.
From manufacturer’s point of view: Can be easily manufactured, overall cost of machine is very less.
Hybrid Energy Generation – Power on Demand Energy system sourced from Intermittent Renewable Energy
Sources Efficient water mill development, deployment and transfer of technology: over 10 Entrepreneurs in Uttrakhand, UP, West Bengal and J&K
Developed livelihood activities using decentralized small hydropower stations in hilly remote villages
Carried investigations, planning, report preparation, design, monitoring for 98 SHP projects to electrify Border villages of Andhra Pradesh
Capacity building for large number of man power at various levels for identification, planning, design and O&M of small hydropower plants in rural areas
An Energy-cum-rural technology complex at Brahampurvillage was established under joint sponsorship of UPCST & NEDA to demonstrate the suitability and adaptability of rural renewable energy technologies for the betterment of economically weaker section of the society

EARTHEN AIR COOLING SYSTEM
The project aims at developing an air conditioning system that utilises the evaporative cooling technique in order to generate cooling for various purposes. The system when developed is expected to replace the existing in‐efficient evaporative cooling systems and generate lower carbon footprint than the existing conventional air conditioning systems
PLASOFUELS
•The operating cost of prototype machine will be very low which will make it easily affordable by the rural people.•As we are using solar energy; minimum external energy source (the electricity required for running the pumps for mechanical compression, will be produced by burning the produced plastic nuggets in coal burner) is required. This makes the installation viable in remote areas.
Fuel from Waste Plastic using SOLAR ENERGY.Our prototype machine will channelize the solar energy to convert the waste plastic material into plastic nuggets.
