When to Use WYSIWYG Guidelines (.jpg, .gif,.pdf and .ppt files)
• Optimize files = image files should not exceed ~32K– Can be saved as a streamed format
• Cumulative file size exceeds5 Megabytes = save on media server– Includes: video, audio, .pdf and
PowerPoint files
Enhancements to BB 6.1
• Gradebook View– The Gradebook View page includes links that
show the Users in the Gradebook or the Items in the Gradebook. This is used for locating and modifying information in courses with a large number of users or a large number of Gradebook items.
This is a tool for quick searching in the Gradebook.
Enhancements to BB 6.1Assessment Workflow• Force Completion. If the Force Completion option is
selected by the Instructor, students must complete the Assessment the first time it is launched. The status of multiple attempts (if allowed) is displayed to the student at the top of the Assessment.
• If the Submit button is selected and the student has left some questions blank, a warning message will appear stating which questions have not been answered.
• Navigational arrows appear for Assessments set to display questions one at a time, unless backtracking is prohibited.
Enhancements to Application One
Messages
Internal course communication tool with the functions of an email account. Messages may not be sent or received outside of the course.

Portal module that displays the overall grade of each course to the user.
