UNLOCK e-news STOP PRESS Female Job Opportunity Guaranteed interview if you have a criminal conviction We have received an email from Clean Break who have asked us to pass round details about two job opportunities they have available. The positions are an Administrative Assistant (Education) and an Office Administrator. Both positions are open to women only. For those of you that don’t know much about the work of Clean Break, they are a theatre, education and new writing company based in North London. They work with women whose lives have been affected by the criminal justice system. They believe that engaging in theatre can create new opportunities for these women and develop their personal, social, artistic and professional skills. Visit www.cleanbreak.org.uk for more information. It seems that they are particularly keen to invite applications from individuals with past criminal convictions, and state in the attachment that any applicant which states that they are an ex-offender (i.e. have a criminal conviction) are guaranteed an interview. The deadline is 5pm on the 25 th January 2010. For further details and an application form, please call Clean Break on 0207 482 8600 or email [email protected] . For an informal conversation about either post, contact Louisa Norman on the above number. Both posts will require a Standard Criminal Records Disclosure. If you are looking to apply for the job, let us know by replying to this email. Good luck!
