UTech, Jamaica invites sealed bids from tax compliant contractors onthe National Contracts Commission’s list of approved contractors,registered in the category of Heating, Ventilation and AirConditioning, Grades 1-2, in order to execute maintenance andservicing of air conditioning systems at the Papine and Slipe PenRoad campuses, School of Oral Health Science at 5 Arthur Wint Drive,Kingston 5 and 1 Kinsale Avenue, Kingston 6.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of works entails the quarterly maintenance of various airconditioning units.
Bidders must possess a valid Tax Compliance Certificate and must beregistered with the National Contracts Commission at the time ofsubmission of bids.

Bidders may purchase the Bidding Documents for a non-refundable feeof J$3,000 payable by cash or manager’s cheque at the address belowfrom August 16, 2016 Mondays to Fridays between 8:00am and4:00pm.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid closing and shall bedeposited in the tender box located at the Procurement & OfficeServices Department, on or before August 30, 2016 at 11:00am. LateBids will be rejected.
