HOW TO APPLY

lFor online apply visit Enter apply online on main page at the top and click on NEW REGISTRATION. Enter all the details, along with user name and password, after submission of these details, an email will be sent to you with your ID and PASSWORD.

Go to the ONLINE ADMISSIONS select desired campus and enter REGISTRATION NO and PASSWORD emailed to you.

Read the admission policy given in the prospectus/website carefully before make a choice in the degree programs as it might not be changed later on.

IMPORTANT

Minimum eligibility criteria for admission to all undergraduate program at the university of swat division or CGPA equivalent to 50% marks in FA/FSC or equivalent.

The Candidates seeking admissions to program at University of S pass law admission test(LAT) conducted by Higher Education Commission before

lIncomplete application forms and those received after due date will not be enter tined.

Candidates employed in any Government or Semi-Government Department(s)/Organization(s) must submit No Objection Certificate for the entire study duration within 30 days after initial selection, failing which the selection will be deemed to have lapsed.

lOriginal documents shall be presented at the time of interview before the concerned Departmental Admission Committee.

lNo separate call letter will be issued as an offer for admission, interview and Fee deposit. The information will be displayed on the notice board of the concerned Department/Institute and University website.

lThe University of Swat reserves the right to modify/revise/drop any of the above Program as and when desire.

Applicant should scan his/her documents (Max size 1.5Mb/each document) for attachment in the online application form.

Admission processing fee is Rs:900/-whereas each subsequent apply to more than one program in order of preference will be charged Rs:200/- each.

Deposit Rs:900/- as admission processing fee along with additional amount for apply to more than one program of your choice in Habib bank limit Mingora bank square swat in favor of treasurer University of Swat account No:02217901357503 as admission processing fee.

The applicant must upload a scanned copy of bank slip to the online application form as an attachment .The online application form will not be considered for further admission process in case of non-submission/ uploading of the bank deposit slip within the stipulated time.

For eligibility criteria, seat allocation, Fee structure, Courses and other details about specific BS degree program, the applicant may download prospectus from University website:

BS Software Engineering, BS Computer Science and BS Information Technology are computing disciplines and the University of Swat will get their accreditation from Higher Education Commission (HEC), National Computing Education. Accreditation Council (NCEAC), in due course of time.

Incase of overseas qualification an equivalence certificate issued from the authorized bodies should be produced at the time of submission of form.
