    INTRODUCTION

    This document shows a real evidences about the way how

    teacher had been teaching using the technology into the

    classroom, in this case using blending learning, using Facebook,

    websites , YouTube in order to give students new ways to learn

    English language, because it is a different way to develop students

    macro skill.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDRoxana Ester Benavides Gaitan, Female, is 24 years old, she studied

    her Elementary school at Centro Escolar 14 de Diciembre de 1948,

    from 1995 to 2003, she studied High school from Instituto Nacional

    de Santa Elena for three years from 2004 to 2006, she studied her

    Technical Bilingual in English at Universidad Capitan General

    Gerardo Barrios (Centro Regional Usulutn) during 2008 to 2009,

    currently she is studying English Bachelor Degree in the same

    University.

    TEACHING EXPERIENCE

    Roxana Ester Benavides did her social service , when she was

    studying Technical Bilingual in Complejo Educativo Profesor

    Lisandro Arevalo from 2009, she was teaching English class

    during three hundred hours, during this period of time ,she

    worked with elementary grades, in this case only with children,

    developed easy topic, in this way she wanted to motivated

    students to learn.

    In 2014 during forty hours, she was doing her English practice,

    in the Instituto Nacional De Santa Elena, when she was

    studying Bachelor Degree in English , she was teaching English

    class with 35 teenager student from the 10th grade, she

    developed three units from the ACTIONS TEENS(book), she

    made interesting activities, games, exams, In order to develop

    students macro skill, taking care student`s level, helping

    students to practice the language with the objective to struggle

    against the fears. In that opportunity her teacher in charge was:

    Guillermo Zelaya.

    She has created a Facebook group as social network, she called it 1 E2014in order to post information, videos, photos or give instructions, it isa motivating and entertaining way to exchange information, usingblended learning

    CONCLUTIONWhen teacher use technology is giving the opportunity to help

    students to have a meaningful learning, at the same time

    motivate them to learn in new ways and using new tools for do it.

    For that, she used these tools, and obtained a better result.

    At the same time when teacher create a E-portfolio is taking the

    responsibility to make her best job teaching, for that is important

    to know how important it is for professional teacher.
