Enclosed please find a completed copy of the Chemung County Chemical Survey and several attached documents referred to in the survey. By responding to your request and providing the enclosed information and documents, USSC does not admit that hazardous substances or hazardous wastes were generated, transported, used, treated or disposed of by USSC's Elmira Plant.
