WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG? 1. FREE TIRE REPLACEMENT –Kellymediumradialtrucktirescoveredbythiswarrantythatbecomeunserviceableduetoacoveredwarrantyconditionduringthefirst2/32"(inch)treadwearor12monthsfromdateofpurchase,whichevercomesfirst,willbereplacedwithacomparablenewKellymediumradialtrucktirewithoutcharge.Youpayonlyforthemountingandbalancing.(Withoutproofofpurchase,dateofmanufacturewillbeusedtodetermineeligibility.)

2. PRORATED TIRE REPLACEMENT –Tireswornbeyondthefirst2/32"(inch)treadwearthatbecomeunserviceableduetoacoveredwarrantyconditionwillbereplacedonaproratedbasis.Youareresponsibleformounting,balancingandanyadditionalservicesyouorderatthetimeofadjustment,aswellasanytaxesandgovernment-mandatedcharges.

HOW WILL THE PRORATED CHARGES BE CALCULATED? ThereplacementpricewillbecalculatedbymultiplyingthecurrentKellyadvertisedsellingprice,attheadjustmentlocation,bythepercentageofusableoriginaltreadthathasbeenwornoffatthetimeofadjustment.Youpayformounting,balancing,anamountequaltothefullcurrentFederalExciseTax(U.S.only)andanyotherapplicabletaxesforthecomparablenewKellyreplacementtireaswellasanygovernment-mandatedcharges.

EXAMPLE: Ifyourdisabledtirehadanoriginal16/32"(inch)ofusabletreaddepthandiswornto8/32"(inch)ofusabletreadremaining,youhaveused50%andthereforemustpay50%oftheadvertisedsellingpriceofacomparabletire,plusanamountequaltothefullcurrentFederalExciseTax(U.S.only)applicabletothecomparablenewreplacementtireatthetimeofadjustment.Ifthepriceofthecomparabletireis$400.00,thecosttoyouwouldbe$200.00,plusFederalExciseTax(U.S.only),mounting,balancing,anyotherapplicabletaxesandgovernment-mandatedcharges.

AnyreplacementtireprovidedpursuanttothiswarrantywillbecoveredbytheKellywarrantyineffectatthetimeofreplacement. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY? •Wearconditionsortiredamageduetoroadhazards(includingpunctures,cuts,snags,impactbreaks,etc.),wreck,collision,fire,

blacktire). •Tireswithweathercrackingwhichwerepurchasedmorethanfour(4)yearspriortopresentationforadjustment.Ifyouhaveno

proofofpurchasedate,tiresmanufacturedfour(4)ormoreyearspriortopresentationarenotcovered. •MaterialaddedtoatireafterleavingafactoryproducingKellytires(examples:tirefillers,sealantsorbalancingsubstances).Ifthe

addedmaterialisthecauseofthetirebeingremovedfromservice,thetirewillnotbeadjusted. •Tiresremovedfromserviceduetoimproperrepairs. •Lossoftime,inconvenience,lossofuseofvehicle,incidentalorconsequentialdamage.Note: Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY END?
