ORDER

Appellants appealed from an April 10, 2015, joint Decision Record (DR) issued by the District Managers, Boise and Twin Falls Districts, Idaho, Bureau of Land Management (BLM). On November 3, 2015, the Board suspended the appeals to facilitate the parties' settlement discussions.

On April 8, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss. They state they have settled the matters in dispute and therefore request the Board to dismiss the appeals. Based on the parties' agreement, we grant the Joint Motion to Dismiss. See 43 C.F.R. § 4.407(c).

Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to the Board of Land Appeals by the Secretary of the Interior, 43 C.F.R. § 4.1, we dismiss the matter from our docket.
