DANCEKnow About United Dance Madelyn Andrade director of United Dance Miami felt a calling to unite all dance ministries of the city to worship God as one.
With over 120 dancers from different parts of the city that have also felt this call, together have touched thousands of people through the dance, and their own lives have also been touched and transformed.
OVER 120 DANCERS FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CITY HAVE ALSO FELT THIS CALL
Having been coordinating the dance at various events in the city of Miami for a few years as a March for Jesus, Adora America, among others, Madelyn was impregnated with the prayer of Jesus when he said, "that all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me. "And has been using the dance as a way to make this prayer a reality, and so far has been a great success!.

Worship has always been part of the essence of God and His purpose for man. We were created to glorify the name of God on earth and thus bring salvation
to all those who walk in darkness. However, keep in mind that our worship will never be effective if not conducted in spirit, in truth and unity.
The Bible contains many examples where worship became the instrument God used to bring victory to their children. We see in the book of Joshua
when the Israelites circled Jericho. While they were marching with instruments of worship, with dancing and joy, surrounding the city and proclaiming the
name of God, the result was that the walls of the city collapsed and they took possession of it.
Also the book of Acts tells the story of Paul and Silas, who unjustly accused went to prison, and them in the darkest moment of the night, where hopes
of saving their lives were at stake, began to worship and glorify God. ... and suddenly! "Came a great earthquake ...
and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were broken" (16.26), Amazing! The power of praise and
worship knows no bounds against any adverse situation we want to win.
There's definitely a blessing released when we glorify and exalt the name of God. Psalm 103
states that it is extremely good to dwell together in unity, in one spirit, in one mind,
one heart. Why? For there the Lord commanded the blessing, life forevermore.
Also Psalm 150 says to praise and worship God to the sound of
trumpets, harp, with flute, tambourine paced, with stringed instruments, and with
dancing and joy! So, there is a special connection when the body of Christ together in one place worships and
glorifies His name. od receives the worship offering and extends his arm
of power, favor and grace upon their children.
Rev. Alberto M. Delgado, M. A., Th. D. Author of the book: What kind of man are you?
"Came a great earthquake ... and immediately all the doors were opened
and everyone's chains were broken"

DO I DANCE?IM THE DADDY OF THE SPINNING TOP!
BY FERNANDO ARAU
My mom was first a ballet dancer that then became a Mexico Ballet Folk Dancer, a choreographer throughout her life, and my classic dance teacher when I was 5 years old. My childhood was spent in empty theaters watching dance rehearsals, and at the age of 6 I thought my name was SHUT UP! When I was 8 years old my brother and I joined a music band directed by a friend of my mom that she used to exploit her own children and us. My brother played guitar and I was the tap dancer. I danced with the daughter of the lady who was very clumsy... The lady, the girl I liked. We were called the Sony Boys ... Now that I think ... that was a ridiculous name.
My mom had a dance studio with large mirrors and twice a week she gave lessons to my brother and me, but soon after, my brother stopped going. Now I was the only victim, I mean, the only student my mom had. One day she told me that she had already formed a group of students and I was going to join her class. I started taking classical lessons and I really didnt dislike the matter, until one day my mom told me: I'm taking you to an audition for a musical, put this on. And I went ... well ... In tiny hooks! And at that time there was only on style of tights, black with high neck and sleeveless. That attempted against my manhood, but I had to go to the famous audition. Among children "in tiny hooks" we had 50 dancers.
Suddenly, the choreographer who was going to do audition with a loud voice said: WE JUST GET TO CHOOSE 10! He began the audition ... I was the sixth that was named after was named the seventh, then the eighth and so on until forty. They chose the last ten who remained. To make matters worse, my mom approached the choreographer and told him: Thank you so much for the opportunity you gave my son and Im sorry ... He had polio! What?!!! When did I have polio mom? She pushed me out the door, and the only thing she would tell me was shut up and go! That ended my dreams as a dancer, but only to see my mama dancing in hundreds of theaters and shows all my life, I can tell you that dancing is part of my life. So I won second place in Mira Quien Baila Univision ! Thanks Mom.

DANCE AND HEALTH
DO I DANCE?IM THE DADDY OF THE SPINNING TOP!

BY: PERSONAL TRAINER KAREN VELEZ
We barely take care for our health and our bodies. This is an issue where there are diverse opinions and misinformation. In addition of being personal trainer, dancer and choreographer, the last 11 years I have dedicated to the sacred dance in my local church, and do worship training in different countries. Our physical function is strong, it involves hours of training, practicing and ministering that require us to be physically fit and have a proper diet. Here I share some ideas on how to take care and maintain good health:
PLAN ALL YOUR 6 MEALS FOR ALL DAYAND DON'TLEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT THEM.
HAVE BREAKFAST.
EAT PROTEIN IN ALL YOUR MEALS.
TAKE AT LEAST 2-3 liters of water DAILY.
REDUCE OR ELIMINATE SUGAR, WHITEFLOUR AND SALT added.
REDUCE OR ELIMINATE THE FRYING.
REDUCE OR ELIMINATE SAUCES ANDDRESSINGS.
DO SMALL HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUTS(cardio EXERCISE AND WEIGHT).
SLEEP 7-8 HOURS DAILY.
"May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you completely, and keep your whole being-spirit, soul and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ body." (1 Thessalonians 5:23 NIV)

OD Intimacy: the state of being intimate; something of a personal or private natureIt is a deep understanding of the presence and majesty of God that it affects our feelings, thoughts and actions.
When we enter and intimate relationship with our God,everything changes, especially our perspective on knowing Him and pleasing Him more. It is knowing his heart and emotions. When that process of having a real intimate relationship with the Lord comes to our life, everything is transformed and our heart becomes more sensitive to the voice of our God.David is the only man in the bible who was said to of been after Gods own heart, even though he fell into sin several many times, in his heart was only the desire to please Gods heart. This kind of intimate relationship with God is so important in our lives because it is only then when we sincerely open our hearts and give everything that we are to HIM.The most important thing about David was not his obedience, although this is a fundamental part our lives as children of God, but what marked the difference with David was his passion to reach, discover and understand Gods emotions, and this is the main reason we should all strive for this.Today our Lord Jesus is looking for what is mentioned in John 4:23Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. To worship in spirit and in truth is to worship from a heart that is totally abandoned to God. To worship God is to understand the heart of God and his personality. The intimate relationship and worship of God are united in a very special way. It is a lifestyle where we relate to God in a very particular way.We can all come to be men and women after Gods own heart, just as David was. In these important times we much give our talents to God and serve him with the greatest level of excellence possible and give him the very best of our hearts. The more intimate our relationship with the Lord becomes, the more we will come to know what the Lord feels and how the passion in his heart moves.I encourage you to renew that intimate relationship with God that may have become cold or distant that has made you lose the direction that you once had. Take advantage of the great love of our God and return to HIM.David was passionate in looking for revelation as to the desires and emotions of the heart of God, he obeyed his commandments and in addition moved towards the fullness of His power and the purposes of God. This is the time to have such a deep relationship with our God more than ever before. Therefore I encourage you to strive to be like David, a man after Gods own heart. Look for that intimate relationship with Him and give Him your best. This is your time. Blessings to you!In the love of Lord Jesus, Pastor Francisco Castellanos

Answering the call to dance has been enlightening, overwhelming, rewarding, and life transforming.
There are so many layers to the ministry of dance. Knowing your call, answering your call and obeying the voice of God come down to one simple word, 'choice'.
You choose to obey. You choose to answer and submit to His will. You choose to forgive and let go of your past mistakes, hurts, rejections and shortcomings. You choose to appreciate that unique and so very special gift the Lord as placed on your life from your mothers womb. And you choose to live, laugh and love like you've never been hurt.
I encourage each of you to unite yourself with someone with same like vision. Rekindle the fire that the Lord has blessed you with. Take every opportunity to seize the moment and appreciate every lesson you have learned and or will learn.
Each of you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Embrace your gift, love the Lord with all your heart, answer the call, and go forth and dance.Dr. Constance McIntyre Called 2 Dance

HISTORY OF THE ASSOCIATION OF MINISTERS OF GRAND MIAMI
Established very far back in time way back in 1960, this beloved association has remained unchanged for a spirit of solidarity with others and especially for those members who are in need, and its mission is to summon pastors and ministry leaders in the city-county to show the world a testimony of unity and extend to the community through local and state government agencies, prayers and consultations to cooperate with thedevelopment of major initiatives to improve the city and state social service agencies. With nearly three hundred active members, this association represents the major Hispanic group of evangelical Christian churches, within the cultural and ethnic mosaic of our beloved city.
The distinguished former presidents which are still present, at the time of their period, continue their participation and membership in perfect harmony with the institution: BUILDING BRIDGES TO THE UNITY for the future generations!

PRACTICEDance practice is an important part in the preparation of choreography; This also develops unity and friendship among the group. While it is true that when we praise and worship God, the Holy Spirit moves as He desires; is no less true that practice develops perfection. We can not claim to we are giving an excellent sacrifice of praise and worship if we dont know what we are doing. It is important to prepare ourselves spiritually and technically. The way to get better in our dance is by practicing.
PRAYPrayer is necessary for all ministries. The first thing to do before dancing is to "Pray" Matthew 6: 5 . Prayer is to establish a closer and deeper relationship with God. No prototypes, schemas, or rules. You have the freedom to enter into the holiest, and cry Abba Father, and I hear Him speak.
TIPS BEFORE DANCING
WARM-UPWarming up is the physical
part of the preparation before dancing. You simply make
certain movements and / or stretching of the body and limbs to be more agile to move and prevent pain, cramping, injury or other
physical discomfort. DANCE UNIFORMS"Wisdom and Excellence" are the keys
when choosing a uniform when you are going to minister. Many people think that
fashion is a world thing. I agree in certain styles that exist today. But God loves to see his
worshipers with a clean, and nice appearance. Our King deserves the best, we can not stand
before him with dirty, wrinkled clothes, and / or improvised. Everyone that has a special meeting
chooses their best clothes to go to that special meeting! Its not about being ostentatious, its
about choosing clothes that are suitable to dance before God. It is also important to
remember not to wear revealing clothes as they may be distracting for some people. The colors
are also important. We must not only have a coordinated dance; but also understan-ding the movements and the message
we are sending with our appea-rance. 2 Corinthians 9: 6
UNITYActs 2: 1-4 In Pentecost,
the fire of the Holy Spirit descended when they were "together." This
concept has to be an indispensable part of serving God to see and enjoy the beautiful manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Ecclesiastes 4: 9-12 There is power in unity. If you want to act alone, you are saying you do not need
anyone. Man was not created to be alone, we all need a hand, a word,
a gesture of love, a friend. This can only be achieved in
"Unity". Remember that if two or more "agree" on something, God will hear and answer Matthew18:19.
