o If client hasn’t attended UCP in 3+ years, records go to holding Records would delete after 30 days, freeing up space Client would have to fill out new paperwork if they return
o Rank clients based upon frequency of visits Clients who visit most often – top of list, most accessible Clients who visit the least – bottom of list
o Status will notify staff how complete records are
