Emiran Holding was initially formed in the early 1990 as a Limited Liability Company, family business, concentrated on importing and exporting different types of goods. The Holding was however expanded, and nowadays, many different companies and branches are working under its name. Emiran registered offices are located in the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran free-zones, and in the United Kingdom as an offshore company.
Our History
The Oldest
Emiran Meshkat Arvand,
the oldest Emiran company which is registered in
one of Iran's free zones and, as was mentioned, its
main activity is importing and exporting different
types of goods.
Emiran Naqsh Memaar,
consulting engineers, is a first-grade
architectural consultant company in Iran with a
very good reputation in designing, supervising
and constructing wide ranges of building
projects like Iran's National Library.
Emiran Oil,
is another company which is
registered as an offshore company
in the United Kingdom and it is
mainly active in trading crude oil,
petroleum and petrochemical
products.
Isfahan Air,
Emiran’s, all-new, 100% private airline, registered in
Isfahan (the cultural capital of Iran).
Isfahan Air (IA) applied for its Air Operator’s
Certificate (AOC) to Iran’s National Aviation Authority
(NAA), and the AOC will issue in the near future.
Meanwhile, IA signed a Memorandum of Understanding
with a foreign investor. In the 1st phase of
establishment of the airline, the foreign investor is
going to invest in 10 Aeroplanes.
So, we aim to start our flights by the end of 2016.
Henza-Emiran is our newborn child!
This 50-50, joint company, newly registered in
the Sultanate of Oman.
H&E aimed to sign Engineering, Procurement,
Construction + Finance (EPC+F) contract in
Oman.
Sazeh Tak Ista, is one of Emiran's main partners, which is active as a contractor with a building materials manufacturing plant, and has a long root in different construction projects in Iran, Iraq, the UAE and some African countries.
In addition,
Emiran either holds share in
other companies or registered
a joint-venture with them.

HENZA Road & Construction Company was established in June 2005 with purpose of executing the construction, road, installation, oil and gas projects, and has yet successfully executed many national and provincial projects by enjoying the capabilities of domestic engineers and specialists.

Who Decides Mr Hassan Ahmad-Akhoundi, is Emiran's chairman of the board with master degree in management, who has worked several years for the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has numerous experiences in economic, diplomatic and trade negotiations.
Mr Ali Ahmad-Akhoundi, Emiran's managing director since 2006, who has Master of Business Administration in marketing from the UK, London School of Economic and Political Science.

negotiator in Iran; Mr Mehrdad Amiri, aviation expert; Mr Roozbeh Aliabadi, business and political advisor from the States. Dr Amirabbas Tajbakhsh, LL.D. barrister and counsellor at law from the
UK; Mr Amir Seyedagha, trade liaison officer; etc.
The company is mainly engaged in:

Emiran is also doing his best to follow up different types
of projects in transportations through land, air and sea.
Furthermore, some new projects have been recently started
in Syria.
For more than two years, Emiran was purchasing D2 Gasoline from Turkmenistan and provide it to Azerbaijan via Iran. Moreover, the company was traded Iraq’s D2 to European countries by its UAE office for about three years.
In order to setup bus transportation in Damascus, with 1,200
busses, Emiran entered in an procurement, finance and maintenance contract with the Ministry of Transport of Syria for the duration of 30 years, started on May-2007.
Emiran got out a 97 Km road project in Sharjah - UAE in
2006. The company is also taking the necessary steps to launch two
different airlines, one in Iran and one in Syria, and to organize aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul services in Iran.
This field has been commenced by trading in agricultural machineries. Consequently, the following contracts have been concluded as follows; A contract signed between Export Development of Iranian Industries
Co, subordinate company of the Ministry of Industries of Iran, Iraq Agricultural Cooperative Unions which is mainly active in trading of agricultural machineries, and Emiran.
Based on the above agreement, a Contract had been signed between
Export Development of Iranian Industries Co and Iraq Agricultural Cooperative Unions concerning sale of 500 Zamyad Pick-up Trucks, with financial estimate of $4,415,000.
A Contract between Export Development of Iranian Industries Co and Iran Combine Co on one side, and Iraq Agricultural Cooperative Unions on the other side, had been signed to sell 50 combine Harvesters with finance equal to $2,316,000.
Another Contract between Export Development of Iranian Industries Co and Iran Tractor manufacturer signed with Iraq Agricultural Cooperative Unions, to sell 1,000 tractors with different types of engine under financial blueprint equal to $13,587.500.
Meanwhile, Emiran has established a new company in 2005, named Ala AI Salam, mainly active in agricultural affairs such as agricultural productions and machineries in Iraq.
After a few months of activities, Ala AI Salam established a new 50-50 joint venture, named Belad Al Rafedin, with Iraqi seeds manufacturer, owned by the Ministry of Agriculture of Iraq. The new joint venture was assigned to supply different types of agricultural seeds like yellow Corn for its first job.
Ala AI Salam went into a contract with Iraq Agricultural
Equipment Manufacturing Co, owned by the Ministry of Agriculture of Iraq. As a result, IAEM Co accomplished the marketing researches for Ala AI Salam Agricultural Co.
Three separate seminars about Iranian consultant engineers, Iranian executive contractors, and Iranian petroleum equipment suppliers had been held in the conference hall of the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq by Emiran based on an agreement with that Iraqi ministry.
As an outcome of numerous negotiations with experts, and
by the advice of the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq, Emiran Oil International Limited Trading Duty has been established and registered as an offshore company in the UK.
As a result of the registration of Emiran Oil, the company has got involved in official tenders that is submitted by the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq. Accordingly, the documents of tender were purchased due to achieve the Seismic Services in two considered area, nominated by the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq. Finally, between 22 participant companies, Emiran Oil jointly with Sigma Co, an Iranian Company, won the tender, consequently, a contract with the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq signed in the end of March, 2006. The credit rationing of the contract was about $24 million.
The second tender which Emiran Oil and Energy Dana Co, an Iranian Company, jointly entered in was about the establishment of Fuel storages in Basra - Iraq.
Emiran Oil in cooperation with the Iranian National
Drilling Co, owned by the Ministry of' Petroleum of Iran, participated in Tenders of 20 and 12 oil wells in Basra – Iraq, simultaneously. Emiran was the first winner out of three, that negotiated with the Ministry of Petroleum of Iraq about technical and trading issues. The credit rationing of the aforesaid tenders were totally equal to $114 million.
The company carried out feasibility studies to enter to a tender about purchasing 105 Km oil pipeline.
Emiran agreed with the Ministry of Higher Educations and Scientific Researches of Iraq on the following projects;
I. Establishment of 2,000 residential halls for all Iraq’s Universities, with priority of Universities of
Baghdad and Mostansariyeh. II. Establishment of 8 Educational/Curative Hospitals. III. Establishment of 10 Dormitories, each has 650 beds, for Universities’ students. Since the necessary steps on the above mentioned contracts have been taken, Ala AI Salam Contracting/Constructing Co was registered, in Iraq, to follow up all related issues of residential halls.
Ala AI Salam Contracting/Constructing Co signed a contract to erect a six floor hotel in Karbla – Iraq
in an area of 1,860m2.
In Apr-2006 Ala Al Salam went under a contract with Al Ferdos Co to complete the construction project of the University of Basra’s law department.
As a positive result of out-and-out negotiations with Baghdad Borough Council, their delegations visited Emiran’s facilities and capabilities in Iran, therefore, the following contracts have been signed:
I. Building water storage tanks with capacity of 70,000m3;
II. Establishment of water filtering systems; III. Establishment of sewage treatment; IV. Establishment of two asphalt plants; V. Purchasing of 11 different types of heavy-duty vehicles such as excavator, loader etc. Contracts credit rationing were about $150 million.
Ala Al Salam in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Iraq constructed a residential-welfare complex in an area of 12,000m2 in Karbala. In addition, Ala Al Salam signed a contract with Karbala’s Borough Council to build 500 apartments each has an area of 96m2.
Ala AI Salam bound by a contract to build 1,000 residential accommodations for Baghdad Borough Council staffs.
All projects in this field are followed by Ala Al Salam Contracting/Constructing Co;
A contract with the Ministry of Commerce of Iraq to supply remarkable quantities of sugar, vegetable oil, soap bars, tomato puree etc.
The company is also active in importing/exporting home appliances such as air conditioning system, refrigerator, oven, washing machine etc.
An area of 12,500m2 has been allocated by the company as a warehouse of girder, cement and other constructional tools and stuffs in Baghdad.
The company has a root in trading Ironware, such as, girder, metal shaft, iron sheet etc. as well.
