Circuit: A set of different components conected which allow the flow of a electrical current These are: a generator, an electrical component, conducting wires and a switch.

Current: The flow of electrical charges which transmit energy called electricity

Electromagnet: A conducting wire wrapped around a piece of iron called a coil, which acts as a magnet when electrical current flows through it.

Generator: A source of electricity, such as an electrical plant or a battery.

Insulator and conductor: When a material allows electrical current to flow easily it is called a conductor. Materials which don´t allow this to happen are insulators

Magnet: An object which atracts other objects made of iron or mixtures of iron such as steel. This atraction is called MAGNETISM

Magnetic field: Space created by a magnet around itself where materials such as iron are affected by magnetic forces.

Static electricity: Electric charge that has accumulated on an object. It is often created when two objects that are not good electrical conductors are rubbed together, and electrons from one of the objects rub off onto the other.
