Compulsory Evidence

• A critical review of 3 formal competitive performances – to include results, PBs, league tables

• A critical Review of 8 weeks involvement in a sport or physical sports activity – to include for example – handicaps, Training Logs, NGB or CSLA details, Jpegs

• A Health and Safety review of their two roles and

responsibility for authority and participation

• Evidence of a knowledge of Child Protection Issues


Supplementary Evidence

• Multi-media – such as video/Mpegs

• Vidcasts, podcasts, Interview review

• Certifications – CSLA

• Testimonials / Open ended


Centre Evidence

• Electronic versions – click and type

• Mark Verification Form – your review for each task… max 100 words? How you justify the marks given!

• Mark Verification Summative Form – student names, numbers and marks but no ‘reports’

• All E-Portfolios –student identified, centre no., cand. no., etc
