When information is given, it is important to recognize the order in which events happen. To do this, your should pay attention to sentences that introduce an action which affects people or objects. In this way, you will see how the events change and progress.

An agenda for a meeting is a list of the things that need to be discussed or decided at the meeting. Questions to be discussed or decided at meetings include what, when, where and how things are to be done, and who will be involved.Here are some useful phrases which are often used when making an agenda for a meeting.
