Scenario

• SWS have decided that they want to increase the number of business customers using their services. To do this, the Sales and Marketing department have decided to commission a television advert. This will be aired on a number of different digital television stations to try and gain maximum coverage.

• The advert will also be placed on the SWS website for people to watch. SWS hope that business managers and their staff will see the advert and decide to use its services.

What you have to do• You have been asked to design, create

and test an advert for SWS.

• It must be at least 45 seconds long and should contain an appropriate soundtrack, along with images/video showing some of the activities that can be organised (such as Formula 1 races, concerts, football matches, etc...).

• The advert must also contain some "sound-bites" from previous customers stating how they enjoyed using SWS and the benefits of doing so for their own business.

AO4-Test the video clip

To achieve a pass grade:

• Test your video clip using a test table containing at least four tests, some are appropriate.

• Identify areas for improvement.

To achieve a merit grade:

• Test your video clip using a test table containing at least five tests covering the main areas of their video clip, most of which are appropriate.

• Identify areas for improvement and action one of them.

To achieve a distinction grade:

• Test your video clip using a test table containing at least six tests. The tests will cover all main areas of their video clip and will all be appropriate.

• Identify areas for improvement and action most of them.

• Save your video in the correct file format.

• Export your video.

• Produce print screens to show how you saved the video with the correct format and how you exported the video.
