NOT to Do List Never write use a font size that is too small to see from your

audience’s perspective,

Never use a background that is too gaudy and takes away from the content if the page.

Never use sounds that last too long; you do not want the sound to continue as you speak,

Never write too much on one slide; you do not want your audience to read along with what you are speaking about.

Never add too many effects to a slide.

Assignment Unit 2-1 1) Choose a topic

that interests you 2) Find five photos

from the Internet to place on your slides or use clip art.

3) Create 6 slides using the information read today.

Before you ask, try to find it on your own by typing the question in Help! You may need to find things on your own when working alone!

To add a new slide, go to the Insert tab.

To add notes, type notes at the bottom of the screen, (add notes).

Use content layouts when adding photos or clip art.

You may use many of the same features as Microsoft Word when creating slides.

Go to Slide Show to view what the presentation slides will look like.
