Scientists help us in a lot of ways.
Without them, we will not be enjoying the benefits of technology and science.
What is a Scientist? A scientist, in a broad sense, is one engaging in a systematic activity to acquire knowledge. In a more restricted sense, a scientist may refer to an individual who uses the scientific method.
Anyone could be a scientist. You just need imagination, as what Einstein said. Also, you need to be systematic.
But not all scientists are good scientists. In order to be a good scientist, you need to develop values.

Back then, people believe that the earth was the center of the solar system. But his good scientific attitude enabled Copernicus to prove that the sun was the center, not the earth.

1. What scientific attitude did Isaac Newton displayed when he failed a thousand times in creating the first light bulb, but didn’t give up? According to Newton, which is more important, inspiration or hard work? Explain.
2. Why is honesty an important attitude of a scientist? What about conspiracies? Do they affect people positively or negatively? How?
