CAN:is a verb that has a triple use form we can use it as an ability , as a permission and as a possibility. It”s tense is used only in the present.

COULD: is also used as an ability, as a

permission and as a possibility

the only diffrence here

is that it”s tense is used in

the past.

use with the only diffrence that it”s tense is used in the past, present

and future.
