FOUNDER’S INTRODUCTION

MR. UTTAMRAO JADHAV MRS.SANJEEVANI JADHAV

UNIQUE HYDROTECH PVT. LTD., formerly known as ‘Unique Engineering Works’ is a

SSI Unit started on 1st July 1982 in Industrial Estate, Palus Dist- Sangli near KIRLOSKARWADI. The unit was started as a proprietary Engineering workshop for

Job-work. However, today with vision & vigor, we have developed our reputation as

one of the Best Quality Valves Manufacturers. Our turnover has reached to Rs.

40 millions & we are sure within short period, we will reach three digit figures.

The CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR of the company is Mr. Uttamrao B .Jadhav,

he belongs to a Maharashtrian Farmer’s Family. He completed his DME from Govt.

College of Engineering Karad. He was selected by KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LTD. in

campus Interview. While working with Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., taking inspirations

from Legendary Industrialist Late Mr. ShantanuRao Kirloskar, Mr. Uttamrao decided

to start his own S.S.I. unit. He also got encouragement from colleagues & co staff of Kirloskar Brothers working with him then. It is needless to mention that Mrs.

Sanjeevani Jadhav, wife of Mr. Uttamrao actively supported him in his endeavor.

Today as a co director she looks after all techno-commercial matters including

central planning and accounting.

Mr.jadhav started his workshop for job work from Kirloskar Brothers Ltd and

gradually developed no. of critical components for Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.,

KISHOR PUMPS & for various sugar factories located nearby. During his interaction

with sugar industries he understood the requirement about various types of Valves

required in sugar factories. Hence he decided to manufacture Butterfly Valves & Ball Check Valves. Initially Unique Engineering was manufacturing 80 MM to 500

MM Butterfly valves and 50 MM to 250 MM Ball Check Valves in cast Constructions

and 550 MM to 1000 MM Butterfly Valves in MS. Fabricated Construction.

With above background, today we have emerged as ISO 9001 Company ,equipped

to build a complete range of (65 mm to 1500mm) Butterfly Valves & Non Return Valves. We can also offer our Valve in Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, Ni Resist & Alloy

Steels for critical applications including Sea Water as per customer demand.
